This place is terrible. We were the only people in the restaurant and it was crazy slow. Took 20 mins to get beef queso. It's beef and cheese. Once we got the food it was extremely overcooked. Poorly run business. read more

Great experience!! It is a quick service style restaurant- order at the counter then choose where to sit and they bring out the food but they did check on us a couple times for refills and checking in. There were plenty of options on the menu and everyone loved their meals. We had a vegetarian with us and she did not have a hard time finding something. The chips are blue corn- different than many Mexican restaurants! They have a full bar as well and all employees we encountered were very friendly. It is nicely decorated as well. There was a TV but we were told they don't have cable when we asked if they could put a college bowl game on. read more

This place is phenomenal!! Went yesterday on my lunch break and I will for sure be back. You order your food at the counter and they give you a table number. When you are finished you leave your food on the table and they will clean it up. I had to ask because I wasn't sure! (Staff was super friendly and nice.) They do have a bar, so not sure if they open it at night or if you can order during the day. Some people were sitting at the bar to eat their food, but didn't have alcohol to drink. Anyway, the inside is super clean, comfortable and just overall a nice atmosphere. The tacos were very good!! I ordered two, but had to take one home because they are loaded down! The queso I was nervous about because some places don't have good queso but this one was a 10/10. They also have a salsa bar with plenty of options! Give this place a try. read more

Nicest people ever working here-Lee Roy was the best. Outdoor seating was a plus. Now the food- delicious ! I ordered the white zombie on draft and a frankendilla. The Frankendilla is a delicious quesadilla with steak ,chicken and shrimp. I added a side of guac. Everything was so good. The tortilla was better than most, the steak was excellent and guac was amazing. I highly recommend. My husband had the steak nachos and he ate every single bit of it! Driving toward the Asheville area from Raleigh and found this place online and decided to give it a shot. There aren't many places in which all four of us are in complete agreement but this was one of them. The staff was beyond helpful and nice and the food was great! Just yum. Seriously. Their food is fresh, flavourful and filling. This is delicious Mexican food. Definitely competes with Southern Cali Mexican...and that's saying a lot. Their steak nachos are my personal favorite, but the Frankendilla is damn good and their chips...seriously, the ABSOLUTE BEST I've ever eaten anywhere (from Cali, to Chi-town, to Arizona, MD, and all over Virginia). This isnt a spot with the usual rice and beans fillers; their menu isn't extensive but they've got unique items as well as a couple Mexican staples. Not only is the food bomb, but the guys are awesome. They care about the food they're creating and serving. They're friendly, down to earth, and involved with their customers and the community. To top it off the space itself is unique. We love the energy and decor. You can opt to dine inside or on their cornerside patio. Don't skip this place, I promise you'll leave full and satisfied. Craving tacos, nachos, burritos and the like? This place has got you covered! First of all, they've just moved and are located at 29 S Logan in Marion. They've got the big patio with lights outside, but it's easy parking and easy enough to find if you choose a different entrance to the multi-business building. Being new to the area, this has quickly become one of our favorites. It's definitely got a west coast vibe with the art and decor, and perhaps a bit with the food-but that makes it all the more fun! Delicious homemade chips and salsa, and a menu full of flavor-you can't go wrong! The Al pastor is a favorite in our house though we've not had a bad meal here. Service is friendly and prompt as well making it a delight on each visit. Pretty sure this is one of those places where we'll soon have tried everything on the menu as we look forward to heading back soon! read more

OMG... My husband and I were visiting the mountains and saw this restaurant while driving thru town.. We stopped in on a Tuesday around 430ish and we were greeted with one of the most friendliest staff. Later after sitting down to eat the most delicious burritos we had in a long time. We found out the staff was actually one of the brother's who was part owner. I was blown away by the food and his hospitality. My husband loved, loves the crunchy burrito. The food had an amazing flavor and was cooked perfectly. If you're looking for good quality Hispanic food this is the place to visit in Marion, NC. Hands down 5 stars****** read more

The food was bangin!! We live in Asheville and after a hike ended up here!! The entire building itself is cool so after you look around definitely pick them to eat at! The service was good too, our food came out pretty quick and fresh. I don't get chimis anywhere because they get soggy everywhere, but my fiancées chimi was fried so good it was crispy the whole time!! Another great addition to Marion! Burrito Bros has been open for a year now. I rarely get to walk around downtown Marion so this was my first visit. The menu is pretty straight forward - you can build your own item like a burrito or taco, pick your meat/protein and then your style, Baja or The Works. There's also a full board of items where the combo is already made for you, like the Torpedo Burrito, the Atomic Burrito or the Frankendilla. I had the Atomic which featured Steak, Chicken and Shrimp served Baja Style. It was huge - enough for two people if you wanted to split one. I really enjoyed it especially with the house made hot sauce. My only criticism would be the shrimp - I don't like shrimp that haven't been deveined. The chips look like they were deep fried to order and are delicious. There's a soda fountain now with Coke products + Sundrop! Next visit I'm going to try the Torpedo which has Pastor Pork and pineapple! read more

Came here with a large group and it was awesome! Service is so quick, the wait staff is so kind and helpful, and they're willing to weigh in on menu options and picks. The munchie bowls are delicious, burritos are massive, the quesadillas are huge and filling and the chips are deliciously crispy and homemade. You also HAVE to try their chipotle sauce. It's awesome. Traveling with the family and found ourselves in Marion, NC on a mountain trip. Happened to be Veterans Day and a lot of places were closed downtown as we were on a search for lunch. Stumbled upon BB as we were walking, it was pouring rain, we were hungry and it was close by. Ordered at the counter and grabbed a booth. Tasty tacos, burrito bowls and loaded fries landed on the table. Everyone was happy with their food. Only quibble was side of tortilla chips was small and could have used a little salsa. The guacamole on the loaded fries provided the dip the sides needed. Guac was tasty. Overall a really good experience - highly recommended! read more

To be quite honest it's wasn't even mediocre. I've had better service, selection and quality of food from mobile taco trucks. My steak burrito was cold and it was exceptionally dry even though I ordered it with everything. Hands down the worst attempt at a burrito I've ever had. Would not recommend to a dog. read more

Let me start by saying this was the second time I have been to Burrito Bros. The first time, the food was good, but they added cheese to my order and I requested no cheese. I honestly over looked it the first time. I don't do dairy but they had put mozzarella cheese on there and I could pick it out and still eat my meal without it. However, this time around was a similar story.... But with attitude from the gal at the counter taking orders. This time I ordered what I did last time, shrimp bowl Baja style- no cheese of any kind. Once seated, the host told me they were out of shrimp. Okay, no problem, I'll do chicken instead. Food came out, mine was smothered in queso. There was no way I could "pick out" the cheese on this one. My husbands order was also incorrect, he asked for no tomatoes, his burrito had tomatoes all through it. Sent food back explaining the order. We got an attitude from the cashier saying we told her otherwise. She then took the plates into the kitchen. Brought our orders out again, and once again still wrong! All they did was pick out a few tomatoes in my husbands burrito-- the burrito still had tomatoes in it. Mine was still incorrect- this time they got the cheese right but no Baja style. We didn't say anything this time.... Didn't want to get more attitude from the cashier. Lost my business.... I understand mistakes. But, didn't appreciate the attitude that came along with it. read more
