Fast-forward 5 years, and our deck is sinking. So, we called them out for an estimate, thinking we had a small repair job and we wanted to give them the work again. We waited about a week for a response, and no estimate ever came. So, I spoke with their office folks, only to find out "how busy they were doing large jobs" and probably wouldn't get to us for quite some time. This was really off putting - especially since they had done the original work. So we had another contractor take a look, start ripping up boards, to find the cause of our "sinking deck". NO FLASHING USED ANYWHERE! So of course the ledger boards were rotting. Not only that, this company covered up all the horrible pre-existing issues underneath - instead of telling us so that things could have been addressed and fixed correctly. All they did was cover the mess up! No wonder they didn't want to give an estimate! As soon as he remembered doing the job 5years ago, he ran screaming away. Wasn't even man enough to tell us. smh!

His knowledge of siding was very good and asked me several questions on what we wanted. I was comfortable giving him my answers and my concerns.
