Not a bad lounge but a bit newer. I went once in January and everything was marked up because of an event going on . The humidor was average at best but the actual lounge space was nice . There was a dj ample parking and food that night . If I didn't live so far I'd definitely go back. read more

A few of us stopped in here on a Friday afternoon, I enjoyed our time. Thr lounge is nice, comfortable seating and plenty of seats. My favorite is there outdoor space, I didn't have a chance to take a pix of it but it is spacious and nicley done. The humidor was good, not great but good...had several boxes that were empty but still a decent selection. I would definitely visit again. read more

Good vibes! Good times! BYOB! Yes, you read that right. BYOB!! I came here with a group of friends some months ago! I'm just now getting to this review! They always said great things and I had to check it out for myself. They were right! This place is a whole vibe! I'm not even into cigars but I was willing to try something new and different. The "price of admission" is the purchase of cigars (one for women and two for men). That's not bad at all! The staff is really nice, laid back and chill! They also allow you to bring your own food. The outdoor space is spacious and the indoor is also nice. I was here on a warm day so we sat outside and enjoyed the good weather. There was music playing! I've told a few others about this black owned business, and they also had a great time! Given the up and down with the pandemic, I'm not sure how they're currently operating but follow their social media platforms! read more

I recently visited Burnt Leaf Cigar Lounge in Randallstown. I didn't know what to expect, but I was pleasantly surprised. It's an old-school lounge where you BYOB. First and foremost NO OUTSIDE CIGARS ARE ALLOWED. They are still doing COVID protocols (which I am very cool with), when you come through the door they check you temperature and ask you to use hand sanitizer. Then you go into the humidor and choose your cigar. They have very for selection--something for everyone. Then have a seat and smoke. Toni was the manager on duty, and she was a wonderful hostess. They have two big-screen televisions, but I was vibing to the music. I enjoyed the casual atmosphere. I will be coming back. read more

I love it when a an experience supersedes its recommendation. We were greeted by one of the owners Shareef as soon as we walked in, welcomed us with heart handshakes & introduced himself. Asked if it was our first time (it was) and began to explain how the lounge experience works. It was a Saturday late afternoon so not crowded at all. We were taken into the cigar room, asked about our experience level and what our taste preferences were. He made some really good suggestions and we chose based on his recommendations. He gave us a lessons on the types of cuts vs a punch and it was very enlightening. He lit our cigars and guided us to a seat. I liked the personal touch he put on our experience and he made us feel very welcomed. The 80's & 90's playlist made us feel right at home and definitely our speed. The owner let us know that they have a live DJ (same genre) on Friday nights, so will definitely be back to check out the Friday night scene. We stayed a while, smoked, chatted & hung out until dinner. Everyone spoke who came in and staff was very attentive checking in on us every so often. This could easily become one of my new favorite spots. The ambiance is definitely for the mature, grown & sexy crowd. Check them out!! read more

Visual appeasing on the eyes entering the facility, The owner was friendly, inviting and very knowledgeable on the cigar selection. The cigar selection was very appeasing, I'm a here and there cigar smoker and was happy that they was a good bit of variety on the flavored cigars. The seats were comfortable that really helped in the relaxation of enjoying a good smoke. Highly recommend dont forget to bring your favorite bourbon, whisky or adult drink you prefer since its a BYOB establishment. My wife was my date of the night was happy on my end since she's not a cigar smoker only one cigar was her admission in. Admission for reg's $20 in smokes. read more

Great local cigar shop that will make you feel at home. If you are not familiar with the area it is located across the street from Pappa John and next to the Royal Farms. The parking lot is small but I will just park next door and walk over. They staff is friendly and they always welcome you ok with open arms. They are very knowledgeable about different type of cigars and willing to answer any questions you may have. I personally don't know too much about cigars but I had to get a gift for my older brother. They helped me make a wise choice and he enjoyed the cigars I gave him. You can catch the owner in the shop from time to time. It's clear he takes pride in his store and it's a passion not just a business. read more

Not a fan of this business despite it being black owned. I stopped by the shop to get a smoke in and let's just say, I'll give you a run down. - Not much of a selection as lot of the cigar boxes were empty, wth? And the ones I wanted to purchase were way too soft as their humidor was beyond the temperature it was supposed to be. Proper care much, tuh. - That lady at the door with the glasses - Tony....she was literally watching me like a hawk. Followed me into the humidor and demanded with an aggressive tone that I use hand sanitizer. I had my own so I used mine. - Tall gentleman with glasses very low hair cut was at the register and was upset that I asked him about Law Enforcement discount after showing my credentials. Idk what his problem was and is considering he works there. He's very sarcastic, made these annoying faces at me while at the register, and was just plain rude. - The customer service needs to be highly implemented with their employees and the owner should consider who it is they're hiring. In addition, those 2 individuals are not quite familiar with cigars. The lady Tony recommended me Acid and a Corojo Smoke when I told her I smoke Tabernacle and Padron. Then the gentlemen recommended me the San Lotano CT. How do these cigars compare to what I smoke???? Provide some actual training on cigars, customer service, get uniformed, clean the language up, and provide some true class. Not all black businesses needs to be raw & uncut. read more

I was referred to this spot by a friend, I'm sorry it took so long to finally make it in. There's plenty of parking along the side of the lounge and easy access from the main road. While not big, customer service and general friendliness makes up for size. I was met by the lounge's owner who is knowledgeable and recommended the finest cigar I've had in a few years. Prices were fair. The humidor was well stocked and although I didn't stay to smoke the lounge seemed comfortable. I'll definitely be visiting again. Update. I still like the place and the owners are really doing well to have a decent selection of cigars.... But they seem to be slightly overpriced. The competition has much better prices and cannot touch what you can find on the Internet. read more
