As my grandfather took care of most everything for her during their long marriage, I knew that my grandmother would need some help to make sure her will, etc. were in order. I was given Steve Digregorio's name by a friend of mine who recently was also faced with a similar situation. She said Steve could not have been more kind or helpful in squaring away her father's (who was developing Alzheimer's) affairs. Even though I don't live locally, Steve spent a lot of time with me on the phone working through all the nuts and bolts of making sure my grandmother was taken care of. He even went to visit her in the nursing home to make sure everything was all set. I couldn't give Steve Digregorio a more rave review. He's personable, down-to-earth and easy to talk to.

One of the few times I ever look forward to going to an attorney's office…read more I had hit my wit's end when I came to Warshaw, Dicarlo & Associates with a multi-faceted real estate problem. I consider myself an extremely resourceful, natural problem solver, but I had gotten to a point where I simply didn't even know what questions to ask, and was starting to break my golden rule of never becoming emotional about a business problem. I've been meeting with George and Dominic, who are among the most engaging, pleasant people (not just attorneys) I've ever met. I come from a family of attorneys and bankers, and have built a rather narrow, framed opinion of both fields. I'm happy to say that this firm is simply the cream of the pedigree crop, that has opened my eyes on how real estate is and should be done. George and Dominic walked me through everything that I need to consider, were very clear about my options, provided suggestions, and most importantly, helped me understand the financial considerations of whatever path I choose. I highly recommend this firm for whatever real estate business you are engaged with in Boston. Simply beyond expectation.

This was a first for me, being located out of state and not knowledgeable in Massachusetts probate procedures became challenging to keep up. Blake & Associate's, in particular Ms. Carolyn Martello Spaulding, was the guiding light that made this probate end in success and in a timely closing. Blake and Associates listens (can't stress this enough after having had a bad experience with a different MA law firm prior to finding them) and takes the time to research concerns to formulate a plan that you can understand. At times, I felt some of the legal jargon sounded like a foreign language - luckily I had my translator (Blake & Associates) to get me through these hurtles.
