Getting into a cardio class is extremely hard as there is limited about of spots. Additionally you have to have a verified 3.0 rating or above to get into the classes. I take the medium impact classes which has a capacity of 12 people. On average 8-10 people show up for class. It is a really good workout. There are 6 courts but 2 can be used for pickleball. I like this facility as there is ample parking. Also it is nice to see the ice skating classes and practices. The facility itself has lockers, water machines, vending machines and elevator lift for accessibility. I also had my racket re-strung by Carlos for a decent price. I was able to drop it off and pickup the next time that so was at the facility.

No effort to proactively inform people wasting their time in line. The person I came with brought their own skates so they still went on the ice while I watched, but the rink was total chaos. They allowed way too many people on the ice and the teenage Skate Guards were completely useless, staring at their phones or just staring at the ground bored. Fire those guys for sure. Absolute bust of an afternoon. From what I hear this place wasn't always this bad. To management: Please offer some kind adult only skate time and find Skate Guards who give a damn. To prospective free skaters: Go somewhere else.

What was most disappointing was not simply the slow progression, but the lack of proactive communication and the repeated feeling that meaningful intervention only occurred after parent escalation. This has now happened multiple times across both of our children. Rather than acknowledging the pattern or engaging thoughtfully with our concerns, management became highly defensive and focused primarily on justifying staff actions through internal notes. We fully understand that children progress differently and that safety matters. However, families also deserve transparency, progress monitoring, and a collaborative approach when concerns are raised, especially at the price point of these lessons. There are many wonderful instructors there, and our frustration is not with individual young staff members. Our concern is with leadership, accountability structures, and how concerns are handled when families advocate for their children.

The instructors are patient , kind and caring and truly understand my children's needs and push them to do their best . My son has severe anxiety and the teachers have been patient and understanding . If you miss a class you can schedule a makeup either at this location or another . We missed over 6 months due to a broken wrist yet were able to make up the classes . Super happy with the instruction .

I had to yell that he's drowning to get their attention and finally pulled him out after he started swallowing water. We have been going there for 3 years and we used to love it until recently. The turn over of the staff is very high and the new staff is not well trained. The lifeguard is always distracted by check in and out, providing parking validations, etc. There was no lifeguard present on few occasions and only 2 coaches in the pool training 4 kids each. We are definitely not going back. Our son is traumatized and he doesn't want anything to do with swimming any more. No one has contacted us from the school. We emailed them at 11 am and we have not heard back so far.

This place is what I imagine it would be like biking on the Starship Enterprise would be like. There is a command center with computers that control all the trainers on the floor. They automatically adjust to replicate any number of courses, from Ironman Arizona to the Tour de France. Giant computer screens display your progress, or help distract you with a movie or the news. This place also has locker rooms and is impeccably clean. I'm looking forward to going back to do a little recon on the Racine 70.3 Ironman course this spring.

Having completed my first Ironman triathlon in 2008, I decided I wanted to come back stronger and faster, so I hired a coach and got a membership with Vision Quest. It was the best thing I could have done; I took 3 hours and 9 minutes off the previous year's Ironman time. To boot, the staff is extremely knowledgeable, friendly and engaged. Caveats: You get what you pay for; unless you do the Taste of VQ program, the rates are not cheap. Though they do have a developing juniors program for cyclists, VQ is not particularly kid-friendly (but I don't have any kids)! The competition is fierce, so at times it is difficult to get an easy workout in because everybody else is riding, running or swimming faster than you.

Overall...it's pretty much everything you'd want in an indoor sports complex.
