Today, I decided to try out the Voorhees location mainly due to the indoor track. I am training for a race and I don't like to run on treadmills or in poor weather. The "indoor track" has 2 narrow lanes for jogging and walking, yet most of the members seemed oblivious to this and I was dodging people who were not aware of their surroundings for most of the run. The track circles their cardio equipment, therefore you're just passing people staring at you run. I quickly realized the indoor track was not what I was looking for. But, I already knew I wouldn't sign up for the gym even before seeing the indoor track due to a comment the member specialist said while giving me a tour. As he is pointing out the equipment, he says "here is the incline chest press, but women don't need to use this unless they are body building." I'm sorry, sir, but as a 60 something year old man who opted to take the elevator instead of the stairs due to physical issues... how the hell do YOU know what women need? Are you a woman? Are you a trainer? Are you ME? No... that comment was unnecessary and I won't be back. Two stars because they do have top of the line equipment, as well as good amenities (sauna, pool). It was crowded, but it was also a Sunday.

Besides the price, the gym equipment is abundant and, it's rarely ever populated to a degree that would be considered "packed". I've gone at 4am, 11am and 9pm and at all 3 times I was able to get access to the equipment I needed for my planned workout. Another great thing is, although it's only 4 lanes and I imagine it will be quite busy in the summer, the pool is really nice going as deep as 10ft if I'm not mistaken. Lastly, being 24 hours is just down right CLUTCH! Being a realtor, I don't have a steady schedule so it's nice to have a gym that works around that. AND THEY GOT CHILDCARE options for certain times. No excuses, only results. The ONLY reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because at my old gym the employees were more involved in enforcing gym etiquette among people and some individuals just don't know how to put weights back or not play music out loud you know? My only drawback is the people not the place so if you don't care about the, definitely check it out

The negative is there is almost no customer service where you're coming in or leaving you are almost never greated and if there is two people upfront they're usually having conversation And don't even acknowledge you. Also half the time they either have music playing or there's no music at all and it's just dead silence and awkward.

I previously gave this gym a harsh but fair rating of three stars. I am now rating it four stars…read morebecause it has what I need and good availability. It's not a fancy place but that doesn't really matter; you're hopefully there to work out and it's perfectly fine for most people who want to work out. One thing that should be pointed out is that they recently swapped some seemingly underused equipment out for half racks. Those look to be very popular (so kudos for meeting customer's needs) but also freed up the smith machines. This makes the gym more open and leaves more racks open at a time. [Further to the gym's credit, it was not too long ago that that bought two extra smith machines to meet demand] My only real issue, as in the past, is that there is not great etiquette among some gym users. Too many people occupy benches and equipment for long periods of time while just sitting on their phones. This happens most often with the cable machines or leg sled. If I can finish three sets of two or three different exercises before you so much as reach for the bar, that's not bad behavior. There are also way too many times that someone takes dumbbells from the rack only to stand only just inches away from it, keeping anyone from getting near that part of the rack. There's no excuse for that when there are several hundred square feet of floor behind them.

I know gyms harbor a lot of sweaty people but it typically smells bad. The "big a.. fans" they have throughout should be turned up another notch to spin faster. I've been to other gyms in my lifetime and they've generally smelled clean. Overcrowdedness leads to multiple times of people walking up to you asking how many sets you have left etc. once the contract is over, I'm going to search for another gym, hopefully 24 hours.

But they aren't getting it. For a year I tried, had to cancel cards. Even cards not approved for reoccurring charges that I used just once. They lock so you cannot remove, and then bill reoccurring without the authorization. They moved through every payment card I have, two years no usage, clearly many calls and sending email on the phone with them and 5 other times over more than a year now. I don't even live anywhere near there. I thought I cancelled everything but they just debited a card I used one time and pulled funds from my car payment. Almost $2000 stolen despite canceling and replacing my cards and following all instructions. I don't care if this place is close to you. Behavior matters, you are on your own and taking a risk with your finances by engaging with this business at all with anything that touches your accounts. I filed a small claims last month. I don't even know how they are still finding accounts to take HUNDREDS of dollars out of at a time. MANY gyms around town folks. This is unethical.

The gym availability is great for busy people.I would recommend any one who needs to make a life change and the accountability aspect to come see them. They are all so warm and welcoming.

I signed up for BodyBlast twice when it was housed in Weston Fitness, and both times I had a…read morefantastic experience. The program includes nutrition counseling, a meal plan, and personal training, all tailored to specific goals. From what I've seen of other programs, BB is unique in that at no point will you be told, "You're a female, so you shouldn't ____," and the training is not All BOSU All The Time. There's some real weight, valuable weight training from trainers who have actually studied how the body works and didn't just download a certificate from the internet. My first time with BB, because I was interested in fat loss I was given a high protein-low carb diet, and because I was interested in limiting my intake of animal protein Stephen offered a modified vegan plan. Then I was matched with a trainer who made me feel 100% comfortable as a gym newbie, and who showed me a lot of useful exercises including how to properly perform a squat. He also let me know plenty of times that it was OK if I had one cheat meal per week and didn't lecture when I told him it was pizza. I didn't start seeing real results until much later in that year, when I was long off the official program and began treatment for hypothyroidism and PCOS, but I took what I learned from them - especially the importance of form - and it changed my body in surprising ways. I was the fat kid growing up, so to be told I "looked athletic" and "looked like I worked out" was shocking. A couple of years later, I decided I wanted to start lifting heavy and went back for more. This time, I told Stephen I wanted to learn deadlifts and barbell squats, and he immediately pointed to a trainer who was excited about training a girl to lift heavy things. This trainer showed me a lot of good strength exercises, got me on a 5x5 program, and maniacally laughed as he loaded up weights for me. I saw incredible results in a short time - both in strength gain and fat loss. For a number of reasons that have nothing to do with BB, I've had a tough time maintaining a routine for a couple of years, but I'm back in action these days and still keeping in mind the things that BB taught me: lift heavy, lift properly, eat protein, watch the carbs, keep it up. I may not be a stunning before and after montage - and I may never be - but this program truly did change my life.
