One star for a reason.....because zero stars is not allowed. When purchasing from John's Refuse…read morewas okay for a few months because John's drivers were still providing the drivers/service temporarily. When Cards took over the outside pickup, service went to crap. Had to call in numerous times (weeks) for non-pickup of trash, or limbs even though limbs cut to their measurements and tied per their requirement. When call in (numerous times/different occurrences) promises to send driver back out NEVER occurred. Got to the point that haulers didn't pick up the trash at all! Further call ins resulted in same unbelievably terrible 'non-service'. Finally called in for last time with a month still paid for and told the young lady we were ending our service at that month's end due to their drivers' disregard for picking up our trash. The receptionist made an apology replying she understood and would note the account (must have gotten quite a few call ins besides ours over the months). Answering quickly that she understood spoke volumes. Apparently they also have difficulty with communication even within their own office seeing how we got another bill for service (this time with a late fee) in the mail today. Little wonder they are a 1 star organization.... To all readers of this comment: you have been warned.
