Guaranteed me on the phone with 100% the project will get done today, then made the excuse he couldn't because he didn't have the right stuff. 2. Told me he was going to work, didn't show up. Told me he was sick but my tenant was told his wife had the car to take their kid to church. When asked he said both. 3. Said job complete but the tiles and door weren't done. He said that the door had to have the adhesive dry for 24 hours. (To me job is complete when everything is done) Caught in a lie. Attached photos shows him telling the price of the door, then when I fired him, I asked for the receipt of the door and it was a hundred dollars off. Then talking to my tenant he said that Donald (owner and operator) said it was $400. During the time we were waiting for tile, he did a second job on another house to clean it up prior of a tenant coming in. I had multiple family members and the tenant say it was dirty and had to get other people to come in afterwards to fix his mess. This one day project turned into a month due to what I would say his incompetence and inability to project manage and forward thinking. Only hire if you want to experience the typical Florida contractor that ruins your house and leaves you with a partial bill.
