I am much stronger now than when I first started. He's super nice though, he'll encourage you to do your best but he won't yell at you or make you feel bad about yourself if you can't do that last rep (well, I'm sure he could do that if that's what you want, lol). I love how when you're training with JM, you two are the only people in the gym. So you don't have to worry about waiting for someone to finish with equipment. You also don't have to listen to other people grunting (or if you're like me, you don't have to worry about other people being bothered by your grunting, lol). JM always wipes down the equipment in between clients, so you never have to worry about lying in someone else's sweat either (yuck). JM's gym is well equipped and it's clean. There's also a shower, so you can shower after your workout. Also, if you don't want to bring your own post-workout protein shake, you can buy one from JM. He has lots of flavours of protein powder and can blend you a fresh smoothie (with fruit) on site. He can also help you with meal planning, and he can also design a workout plan for you to do at home.

You pick how hard it is based on some adjustments you can make to the machine. The workouts are 25 minutes each (includes upper+core or lower+core), or you can opt for a "double" which is just 2 classes back-to-back. I'm glad the classes aren't longer because the workout is so challenging that anything more would level me. The instructors are all so nice, and super willing to help you get to know what you're doing. The class sizes are small (10? 12?), and you get lots of individual attention. You do have to buy some grippy socks. If you have yoga socks with the grips on the bottom, that'll probably suffice. I saw someone with those neon pink grip socks you get at the trampoline park. They're pretty chill about it. I think if you sign up for an introductory class, you get some free socks with it too. The facility is nice and new, and there is free parking available. There are also free lockers in the facility. I think there are some additional services, like body composition testing, but I don't know too much about that. Anyway, if you're into fun fitness classes that are motivating and make you feel like Britney in 2003, go on and give Reform a try.

After a couple of times of him "forgetting" my appointment, and numerous "my girl will call you to setup appointments", I finally gave up on a personal trainer.

This cost me and my friend a substantial amount of money. Another thing is that when you want to cancel your membership, they suddenly inform you that once you cancel it, you have to commit to paying for 2 more 27$ charges. So now once I've cancelled, I have to pay another $55 to just get out of my contract. Anytime Fitness (if you're listening), realize that I was a committed customer of yours for over a year that really loved your gym. I had to cancel because I'm out of a town for a summer job, but it's safe to say that I will never return to Anytime Fitness due to your unfair and greasy business tactics.
