I called to cancel my membership in September and they told it would take 30 days for them to cancel my membership, so two more payments would come out of my account. No problem. However, two more payments have since come out of my account despite another phone call. I'm pretty bummed out since I had such good interaction with the staff here previously. The gym is nothing spectacular, but I like the fact that it was open 24 and it met my needs. Now, $160 after my membership should have been cancelled, I'm thinking it just wasn't worth it.
