I understood they were a little backed up, but the timeline seemed reasonable. Unfortunately, after Thanksgiving I had to stop into the shop on three separate occasions just to check the status of my order. Each time, I was given a new explanation, including a hard drive failure, but at no point did I receive a phone call or any communication to let me know about delays. Despite multiple follow-ups, my item was never embroidered. Because of the lack of transparency, poor communication, and failure to complete the service, I would not recommend this business to coworkers or anyone needing embroidery work. I will be seeking a different shop moving forward.

The salesman suggested I could customize something, though it would normally take a couple of weeks. Talk about a fountain of knowledge! What a cool guy. Stopped in so my husband could get a new ball…read moreand shoes. He was very clear and honest about the gear he sells. If you bowl a specific way or only bowl at specific lanes, he'll be able to help select the best ball for your needs. Apparently shoes can have interchangeable soles now, which I just learned today. Depending on your needs he will help you pick the best gear. I'm a little bummed that my current shoes are still in great shape because there were some pretty cool "street" style women's shoes available. Next time! Even though I wasn't buying a ball from here, he gave me some tips to try bringing the scent back(mine was lime scented when I bought it a decade ago). Dave happened to have the ball in stock that my husband wanted to buy so he offered to have it drilled out and fitted same day. I wasn't sure he'd have enough time since it was so close to closing, but the man did it! THAT is amazing service. Glancing around, I could see that the shoes, bags, balls and other gear were competitively priced. From basic to pro, there's a price to fit all budgets. I highly recommend this shop if you're in the market for new bowling equipment.

I've worked with them on orders for my company, my kid's school as well as many personal needs, and each time this company and their people deliver. One of my first interactions with OTP was when I was getting married. My husband worked with the OTP team to design a special shirt for our destination wedding. The day after the wedding, all of the husbands showed up to the pool wearing this custom t-shirt that read, "This guy loves his wife" with thumbs pointing at their chest. It was one my favorite moments of our trip and random people kept asking us where we got those shirts from wanting to buy them. Fast forward to present day.. I recently found out some pretty devastating news about my close friends who are married. There is a benefit coming up and when I talked with my trusty shirt team, explained the situation and asked if they could help, John L (one of the great owners) rose to the occasion. Within the day we had an approved shirt design, an online store in the works and a donation commitment of all profits to this beautiful family. OTP isn't just a turn and burn random t-shirt shop.
