The food is almost always either cold, excessively greasy, or simply poorly prepared. The French fries are particularly disappointing, as they frequently taste and feel as though they are still partially frozen on the inside. There is absolutely no excuse for serving food in this condition, especially at these prices. The chili cheese fries are even worse. The fries themselves taste undercooked and practically frozen, while the chili and cheese are served cold. The entire dish is extremely unappetizing and certainly not worth the money. I would never order them again. What makes this experience even more frustrating is that these issues are not isolated incidents. The lack of consistency and attention to food quality is unacceptable. Customers should not have to gamble on whether their meal will be served at an appropriate temperature or properly cooked. Boulevard Burgers seriously needs to reevaluate its food quality, preparation standards, and pricing. Charging premium prices for food that consistently fails to meet even basic expectations is unacceptable. I would not recommend this establishment to anyone.
