This location also has a special place in my heart. Many years ago, when I was a kid living just down the street, this same building was home to one of my favorite burger restaurants (Toms Jr). It's really cool seeing DT Window bring new life to a place that already holds so many memories for me. Great burgers, affordable prices, friendly people, and a little nostalgia. Really happy to have DT Window in the neighborhood and hope they're here for many years to come!

Frankies place is serving up solid comfort food with classic diner vibes. I really like the style…read moreand theme of the restaurant. There are plenty of tables, lots of seating, and even retro game machines to keep the kids entertained. They also added a drive through which is super convenient when you are in a rush. The menu is pretty large since they serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner. My family and I live close by and finally decided to give it a try. We ordered a mix of different plates including the Pollo Asado, Steak and Eggs, and the Taquito plate. We also tried the Chicken Sandwich combo and the Carne Asada Fries. Just a heads up, the plates do not come with a drink, only the combos do. They also offer a burger family combo if you want something more affordable. Everything we ordered came out to around eighty dollars. The only real issue we had was with the fries and hash browns. On this visit they were undercooked which made the Carne Asada Fries soggy and not as enjoyable. The toppings and meat portions on that dish were also on the lighter side. On the other hand, the Steak and Eggs plate was much better. The steak portion was generous, cooked well, and had good flavor. The sunny side eggs paired perfectly with it. Unfortunately the hash browns on that plate were also undercooked, and we ended up having to finish cooking them at home. Aside from that, the rest of the dishes were decent and the portions were huge which fits the old school diner style they are going for. The staff is friendly and the food comes out fairly quickly. This is the kind of spot you go to when you want something fast that will fill you up without any fuss. It is straightforward, simple, and gets the job done.

They've expanded their menu to include breakfast…read moresandwiches and they simplified their burger menu, but kept all the classics like the bacon avocado cheeseburger, wings, and chili cheese fries. The smash burgers taste amazing, and the chili cheese fries were some of the best I've ever had (the chili doesn't have beans in it like other places do, which is a huge plus when it comes to being a topping on fries and burgers). The new management is nice and friendly, and they offer nice package deals like family packs and chicken tender combos. I would definetly reccomend coming back if you missed their burgers!

I was soo disappointed to find that they're under new management and they no longer have Turkey burgers. Good luck! Don't forget to update the phone number.

I placed an order on Grubhub last Monday (MLK Day) and I was pretty excited to try their burgers,…read morehaving seen great reviews plus they are local and I just moved to the area. Unfortunately I never got to try them because the Grubhub driver on a bike did not follow instructions and left them at the wrong apartment. I called him but he did a drop and dash and it was already claimed. He argued with me but let me get to Andy's. This review is for how Andy's Super Burger handled this. I was credited by Grubhub after they found he misdelivered and I placed a second order using my credits. Two drivers were sent to the store and neither one were able to bring me the second order. After waiting 45 minutes after the last order Grubhub called me and said they cancelled my order because Andy's would not confirm the second order. Not only did I lose the credits.for food I never received but by refusing to accept the order Grubhub said two drivers were not allowed to pick up the order without the restaurant accepting the order. I placed an order for someone who lives with me who has a disability and this is completely unacceptable. I had to not only wait for Grubhub to tell me that Andy's refused to take the order after both orders were already paid for, but I also had to now place and order elsewhere. I wish they would have contacted me directly or Grubhub because this is extremely unprofessional and really bad service. Unfortunately I can't speak on their food but I feel this needs to be rectified as Grubhub said there was nothing they could do when a restaurant refuses to accept an order. I'm very disappointed.
