If you're familiar with Burger King and what they have to offer then this is a good choice. I went with the maple bacon barbecue whopper in a meal. The sandwich itself was about a 7 out of 10. The french fries were a little potatoey. I like my fries to be more on the crispy or well done side. These were not in that category. Terrible Drive Through experience at my local Burger King. We haven't been to Burger King since pre covid since trying to stay away from Fast Food but was craving a Whopper with onion rings so decided on splurging at Burger King. At drive through I ordered for 2 of us and asked for 1 ranch with our meal prior to pulling up for payment. Was handed the food and asked for another ranch. She said I already put it inside. I work on the same street as this Burger King so I have been here dozens of times, the food is what you would expect from a Burger King but the service is beyond description. It's like the staff in there aren't expecting you to order food. If you go in store and order for just yourself expect a wait time that puts a shame to the term "fast food". Multiple times I've gone over my 30 minute break from ordering my food and waiting for it, and I work less than a 3 minute walk away. If you see more than one car in the drive thru expect a 20+ minute wait before you'll even get to the window to pay. Slowest fast food place I've ever seen by a long shot. This place has THE WORST customer service..the employees are so rude and seem so miserable every time I go.
