It is difficult for me to rate a fast-food joint above 3 stars unless it is an outstanding establishment, so we'll just say that this Burger King gets 3.5 stars. Mostly because the guy who took our order was super friendly and kind. He didn't have to be, but he was. This Burger King is in the middle of nowhere, or at least it feels that way. It's next door to an abandoned restaurant and across the street from a gas station. But it's right off the interstate, so it's easy to get to. read more

Wow! What three years and a total renovation can do to transform a place into something nice. The menu is still the same basic Burger King food--onion rings, fries (straight vs crinkle...decisions, decisions), chicken sandwiches, hamburgers served umpteen combinations, and drinks & shakes. They have one of those fancy machines that lets you decide from a gazillion different Coke products. It's all pretty much the same from one Burger King to another. The renovation made this place sparkle (yes, even the men's room was renovated), and the employees were very friendly. The only thing: the restaurant currently doesn't offer wireless, and I couldn't get any cell coverage. read more

I stopped here briefly for coffee and a snack while on the road. The drive into and out of the restaurant as well as significant areas of the parking lot have large potholes that could easily damage a vehicle. The restaurant and bathroom areas could have been cleaner. I initially got in line at the counter, but eventually left and went through the drive through instead because the counter clerk was slow. Service through the drive through was very friendly but also slow. While the food was fresh and prepared correctly, the staff member at the window handed it to me with obvious food dripping down the outside of the container and no attempt to wipe it up first. The clerk watched me grab the container with food all over it and get it on my hand, then waited for me to ask for a napkin rather than spontaneously offering one. Overall, this was a 2.5-star experience, but I am rounding up due to friendly (albeit inattentive) service. read more

By far, THIS is the most customer-focused Burger King I've been to. Stopped with my daughter at about 10pm a week or so ago (4/6/17). The checker was friendly and professional. As we filled up our drinks a worker checked with us to make sure we got enough ice, apparently the machine was nearly empty. He also was friendly and professional. The food was ready pretty quickly and when we ate it we could tell that it was nicely put together, not thrown together. Also it was not at all greasy like it sometimes is when the grill area isn't kept clean. I know it's just fast food but our visit exceeded my expectations. A well trained crew who knows what customer service is about. Great job guys, I'll be back. read more

Forgot my fries and also forgot to put toppings on the whopper. Took a while to fix it. Everyone seemed very confused!

Horrible service and wait times in drive thru. I waited 5 minutes and they still messed up my order. Very dissapointing.
