DO NOT STOP HERE. This would've been my last stop on what has been a week long, and very difficult, trip from California. Happy to be pulling up at 9:45pm as they are open until 10pm right? WRONG. Lights on, employee inside - doors locked. Pull to drive-thru - no response. When I called to ask if I can place an order, the girl answers, I say "hi what time is the Burger King open until?" CLICK. She hangs up. Now I'm trying to figure out where to get food from as I am starving. And did I mentioned needing gas? Towing a trailer, at night, In bad weather with a hungry boyfriend and child isn't how I wanted the end of this trip to play out. To the employee inside - I hope for you that should you ever be in a situation like the one you've put me in, that whoever is inside (being paid, mind you) is more considerate and reliable than you. I live in Quincy and I have been there several times. If there are 6 employees on duty..you may get some semblance give a crap from one of them. I went today and took my 2 dogs to get chicken strips. A treat for them. I ordered a burger with onion rings. I pull up to the window and there is no way my yorkie could touch this lady and she tells me "get your dog down ". LOL Ok..really? I order onion rings instead of fries. I get fries. I try to get this rude ladies and through her closet window she says "Hold on a minute ". When she opens the window I told her I didn't order fries..she says "just keep em". Then some guy comes up and says hey let me get them fries. I didn't want the fries. But what was he gonna do with them. I hope the person managing this place reads this. I certainly hope the owner does. I believe this time I can claim some discrimination. read more

Dang. This is an awful exit to stop. This BK has no inside rest rooms and NO COFFEE! Went next store to the Marathon and it was filthy. The coffee pot looked like it had sat for 3 days. My grandson opened the men's room door and stopped in his tracks. I could see a little inside and saw an actual hole in the wall. I grabbed his hand and we went up the highway! Worst Burger King I've been to, the staff doesn't know what they are doing and aren't organized, and don't know how to make anything correctly. A customer that was in front of me opened up her food to make sure it was correct and I swear the whole sandwich was covered in so much grease it was dripping out of the bag!! I know it's fast food but that was ridiculous... on top of that, when it was my turn to order, the only thing I ordered was one whopper that's it. Quite possibly the nastiest place I have ever been, bugs and gnats everywhere bathroom floor was flooded the entire place smells. Being stranded almost looks like a better option than coming here. Oh and the gas pumps leaked fuel on my car, they do that here. read more

I rarely give one stars, but I'm about to hand one out here. We stopped here on our way home from the beach. My kids were hungry and needed to use the restroom. After walking in the bathrooms, there was no way I was eating anything from this place. I've been in some nasty bathrooms before but this takes the cake - not just a slice but the whole dang cake. We opened the doors and were immediately hit with an awful smell that I'm quite sure could only come straight from the pits of hades. There were gnats and flies everywhere. Another little girl was covering her face with her shirt and gagging. I opened the stall door only to be greeted by a vomit covered wall and floor. And not fresh vomit like they hadn't had a chance to clean it yet, but a big, thick dried puddle of days old vomit that also stained the walls. I held my daughter while she pottied and begged her not to touch anything. We washed our hands and ran back to our car to bathe in hand sanitizer. I realize this is in the middle of nowhere and there's not much to choose from but for all things good and holy please don't stop here unless something changes. It's disgusting. If it's an emergency, my recommendation would be to go into the woods and dry off with a leaf. 0/10 stars. read more

Do not stop here. KEEP DRIVING! They had burnt food so badly that they had to have the doors open and it was 40 degrees outside! Plus, the bathrooms are outside of the convenience store / BK. They were appalling. The handicap restroom was flowing over into the other bathroom. the one bathroom that you were able to use if you pulled your pants down you would be chancing your pants sitting in urine and toilet paper. Went right next door to BP gas station and that was no pleasant experience either. Rude lady at cashier and huge signs on the bathroom doors that say, "Paying Customers Only". Seriously? DO NOT STOP! Stopped here with my wife, we are traveling back from the beach and wife was hungry. The first issues was that bathrooms were outside, that wouldn't been a problem if the employees didn't forget their bathrooms outside that they should be cleaning and attending to. Wife said there was toilet paper ALL over the entire bathroom floor and trash hadn't been removed in a few days. No soap dispenser in handicap stall and flies EVERYWHERE. Her exact words once out of the bathroom were "after seeing that bathroom, there is noway we are eating here!" But with her being pregnant and very hungry, we went ahead and went inside just to see how things were for ourselves. We were immediately met by a TON of flies, drink spilled all over the floor, trash cans full and employees standing around and talking. Wish we would have taken pictures to show just how bad this place was! Don't worry about catching covid here, it couldn't survive in this dump. You get your Burger King food, gas, cigarettes, lottery tickets, etc from the same cashier. Food service is extremely slow and the bathrooms are located in a separate building behind the main building. There was no hand soap or hand sanitizer in the men's room and the ladies room smelled terrible. read more

When I am standing in line at a restaurant that you are supposed be able to safely take your kids to for a snack on a long car ride the last thing you expect to hear is an employee drop the F bomb loud enough to be heard across the store. I was in there tonight near closing time grabbing a few things when I heard an employee ask another about the size of fry he was preparing for a customer. The next thing I heard was the other employee say loud enough to be the heard across the store "the F*** it fry!" This is highly unprofessional and unacceptable of anyone working in the service industry especially in front of the public which he was in full view of. I am highly disappointed and have not decided if I will continue to do business at this location if this is considered acceptable behavior. I am afraid that it might be considering that the other employees didn't even flinch or give him a look to stop when the incident occurred. I travel a lot on business and pass this store location regularly. If this type of unprofessional behavior is what I can expect from this location, I am afraid that I will be going down a few exits to another location for now on. read more
