I wish I could put zero stars this place has horrible customer service I had a door dash and the lady at the window slammed the door in our face after telling us they didn't have the drink at the window and then when we were about to call the customer she then opened the door and told us to go to the front and someone will bring it out before we even got the chance the drink to the persons order and then she slammed the door once again. I called the manager up there and she rudely answered the phone and "apparently watched the cameras back" in the 3 mins of her being on the phone and right before I said another word she rudely said back "that didn't happen" as if 3 people didn't just witness it and said "ok you have a great night" without resolving the issue which is typical because it's Burger King!!! This place loves to ask you to pull around so you don't run up their precious timers. Just for them to forget about you and make you wait 20 mins for a sandwich. When I went in I got no apologies or anything just some dumb expressions. Just go somewhere else and save yourself the trouble. I was hungry for a flame broiled burger after work and headed straight to the Picayune Burger King with my heart set on a Whopper either cheese and onion rings. As I pulled into the parking lot the four person crew were outside the main doors smoking with the doors propped open. I pulled in to a parking space and the employees tossed their cigarettes and went inside. The last person in then locked the doors. It was 8:30pm and I walked up to the door and checked the posted hours. The Wednesday hours showed them closing at 10pm. I stood at the doors for a few minutes to see if I could get someone's attention. The employees inside were intentionally avoiding making eye contact while servicing the drive through. Other potential customers pulled in and found the doors locked as well. One gentlemen remarked "This is ridiculous." as he got back in his car and drove away. At 8:40 an employee started putting up the dining room chairs and cleaned the floor. If this is how they treat customers, then they don't want my money. read more

We asked for a rodeo chicken jr it looks like they took a already made old chicken jr and put barbecue sauce and onion rings on it it was also very cold and dry like it had been sitting there all day the workers are also extremely rude i usually don't leave reviews like this but after repeatedly experiencing problems with this Burger King I figured it was time!!! they need to hire new staff or something cause with service like this I don't picture them staying open that much longer. read more

I have lived in this town for 3 years now. And each and every time I come to this Burger King, the order is always messed up or cold.
