I will say, however, that the ingredients were not evenly distributed within the omelette. For instance, the tomatoes and onions were on one side, the spinach and feta weren't evenly mixed together and there were parts of the omelette that had no filling at all. The home fries were good, but I had to seek out ketchup from another table (rather than wait for my server to check on me). The coffee has never been the best but the main entree generally makes up for it. The value was decent and I'd recommend for a casual meal in a clean setting.

They weren't busy at the time and I had a minute or so to contemplate the order. Ended up ordering a turkey footlong and a 6" turkey sub. (I personally love leftovers, so mine was the footlong!) All of the ingredients appeared to be very fresh- including the spinach and tomatoes (which can be less fresh at other locations). Order mistakes and substitutions yesterday. We asked for 1 medium Coke and to substitute strawberry frozen drinks into our meals at an upcharge. Instead we received 5 drinks, including drinks two large ones that we did not order but were charges for them. When we pointed this out, the extra drinks were taken away from us with no refund or compensation. We never asked for 5 drinks. So that was a bit rude 2. Menu discrepancies. We ordered onion rings, which are advertised to come with a free zesty sauce. Staff insisted we would have to pay extra if we wanted a single sauce to go with the rings, which is not according to the menu. 3. Poor service and missing items . The employee did not repeat back our order, did not offer a crown, and was disengaged, laxadasical and generally unwilling to belp. Another employee handed us our order after he gave us (way too many) drinks, ans without fixing the issues. We were not given napkins, silverware, or ketchup. 4. Food quality. The chicken fries were overcooked and extremely hard, inedible, and had to be thrown away (clacked against the counter like a rock). Again, quality and service issues have happened multiple times over the last three weeks. We spent over $40 on this order, and given the repeated mistakes, poor service, and bad food.if anyone sees this review we would like to request a solution.
