Managers here are unprofessional. They're often yelling at or berating their employees, in front of customers. They shouldn't be talking like this to their employees at all, doing it in front of customers just makes it worse. I actually heard a manager tell someone they were an idiot. Not cool. Aside from that, service is slow, drive through is always backed up, my orders are only correct half the time and the employees don't really know how to interact with customers. They're very unpleasant. In the drive through they'll often be talking loudly to someone else while you're trying to place your order, I never know if they're listening or not, but then they get irritated when I stop talking. When I got to the counter to find a manager, I saw at 10:00 am, ABOUT 35 PREDONE PREWRAPPED SANDWICHES SITTING UNDER THE HEATER LIGHT, LINED UP TO PASS OUT. I THEN REALIZED MY SANDWICHES WERE PROBABLY UNDER THE HEAT PREMADE SINCE 6:00 AM. My gag reflexes overtook my mouth, and I was not physically able to talk to a manager.
