they do not acknowledge anyone in the drive thru! waited 5 minutes and was only car then a second one pulls up to other ope drive and nothing. Pull around to window and told by Eric he can't take an order even though he's wearing a headset and that I need to wait and it's not his problem that they don't have enployees. Told me to go somewhere else and shoes me on with his fingers. Wait again for the other one Silvia is who refuses to give me contact info for manager and slams the window then tells me she can't give me any of her info and refuses to take orders. You can't run the place with only two or three people working No one in Newton wants to work and the ones that get hired are on some sort of drug abuse and are fired immediately. When you are the only one in line in the drive thru AND they park you, something must be wrong. I ordered the new breakfast melt sandwich and was parked for hash browns. When I got my food, the toast on the sandwich was burnt black. The hash browns were under cooked and went straight from the fryer to my bag, so oil dripped all over everything, making my burnt sandwich a greasy mess. The Newton Burger King isn't a horrible place to go to, I eat there at times, but they need a friendlier staff. We went thru drive they on Friday 7/22/2022 around 12:15. They weren't that busy. My husband had to repeat our order 3 different times!!! We got to the window to pick up our food, our drinks were handed out to us by a friendly worker, our food on the other hand was shoved out the window at us and the worker was already turned around by the time my husband handed me our food. I went to write a review to get a free sandwich and they didn't give us a receipt, just the expeditor ticket. We don't frequent Burger King very often and this is 1 reason why. Went there to order 4 meals.. a #1 whopper meal.. didn't get drink.. they didn't have it down.. #10 original crispy chicken.. got sandwich and drink.. no fries.. ordered a double bacon cheeseburger.. they got that right and then lastly a spicy chicken sandwich with just lettuce mayo and cheese only . When Burger King first opened here it was awesome. But through the years it has steadily declined. In Newton are McDonald had close to build another building and I really thought this would be burger kings chance to really amped up and get a lot of customers. Not in the cards. My brother came here for breakfast the bacon was lamp it was a horrible breakfast and it took them forever to get it to him. I thought well I'll give it a shot this morning and drove up. Sorry to say I couldn't even place an order because the parking lot was so filthy that it just shows what the inside must be like. There were cops and papers thrown everywhere from yesterday on the Fourth of July and they have not bothered to even clean the driveway. Food is ok. Its burger king. Staff seemed friendly enough. My infant son had a dirty diaper so i went into the ladies rest room, no changing table... So I decided to lay a blanket down on a table and change him. Mind you there are no other customers who can see or smell. My husband then hears a worker making a snide comment about me changing my son. So no I won't be going back to that location since the staff is too dense to know they don't have changing tables in the bathroom. read more

I'll just tell you what you should do to have a decent visit. I've gotten so sick and tired of them getting my order wrong. When I pull up, I don't leave until I know I've got my order right. If that means I have to open up 5 different sandwiches for my family so be it. I have never had an order right. I just went to drive thru the other day and I got 40 nuggets for family. I got 2 cups of honey mustard. I even read the sign right by the window that says 2 per 10 piece order. Of course I have to go in now. She does apologize but I said, I should get 2 per 10 piece. Y'all gave me 2 packets for 40 nuggets? Wtf. A couple months ago, I ordered 2 sides of gravy. Mind you I had ordered 2 sides of gravy at least 5 times the pat two weeks. She takes my money, I hear from the back, I don't have enough gravy for the 2nd side of gravy, next thing I know I have 2 sides of gravy. I look in the cup and I get half of what I normally get. I said Um I'd like my full serving of gravy. She sat there and argued with me. I told her I heard the lady in the back. She ignored me. Continued to say that the person has been giving me too much then because what she gave me is normal size. I said bullshit. They totally screwed up order charged me more than they should with my coupons. said couldn't make 3 ice coffee so I said ok just 1 and other 2 reg coffee. Then I get to window guy said he got them made and gave a coffee cause one wasn't totally full. Then I get home and they tasted like crap. they gave me French toast sticks instead of the hash browns that was suppose to be with it according to coupon. One of the croissants didn't have the egg on it. This is one reason I do not go to burger king always something wrong when I do. Coupon number I gave them didn't even put the correct items on receipt. The screen showed nothing to the fact of just croissants and French toast bites or the price. McDonalds is just as bad but at least they know how to use your coupons right. read more

The girl working the drive-through this morning is very rude. I ordered originally a burger but was told that they didn't turn the machine on the broiler and so they couldn't do it. Then I order a sausage egg and cheese biscuit and she gives me a croissant. When I come back to get my sausage egg and cheese biscuit and not only are there people waiting up front, but she doesn't greet anyone and has the nerve to get an attitude with the people in the back and yell "Oh my god" and instead of turning around and looking at us and saying someone will be right with you she then yells " One of you need to get up here and handle the front". Mind you one gentleman needed a pack of salsa, the other gentleman needed syrup and I just needed my order exchanged nobody was even placing an order.
