How to order and get your food: Simple! Go to the counter by the train station entrance. Tell them what you want and they will give you a buzzer type thing. You would just a seat and the waiter will set your table and bring you your food. Easy. Overall. Great moderate quality restaurant for a semi-quick food while waiting at the station. The portions were indeed a bit on the small side, but this was fine as we were intending on eating a lot elsewhere. Had this been our only meal, though, we would have probably been a bit more miffed. As for the tortellini itself? Pretty good. I loved how fresh it tasted, and how perfectly cooked they were. The partner liked his choice as well, and my friend liked her choice also, though I can't remember what she had ordered. This may not be the best place to go in Bologna for tortellini, but their stuff seems to be of decent quality and if anything, they do have menus in English also.
