There were multiple cars causing us to receive cold food, even though our food was up and ready before we walked to the car. Although i understand it could be frustrating when someone comes in after close. They weren't closed when we ordered, and they still processed to serve others who had ordered (The drive thru is still open for a couple hours after the lobby closes) Poor customer service! Don't advertise times on doors/websites if you don't plain to stay open till "close"

They were about the size of a nickel, we got a whopping 6 which were still frozen inside. I had taken a bite out of one and brought it to their attention. They took them and threw them back in the fryer bite and all. The hamburger was pressed and formed and not a real burger patty. The food was definitely subpar, not that of a yacht club. More like cafeteria food than finer dining. Not impressed. The prices are reasonable though.

I placed an order through the app and was charged $10.15( due to a discount allowing me to have dinner for tonight) for my meal which great! what screwed me over was the rude employees deciding to void my order after it already said it was ready claiming it didn't show up on their end. despite showing them that it not only went through on the app but also took my money and had confirmation from my bank they did in fact charge me And refused to give me my food. I'm happy to report that this location has restored my faith. We were greeted by friendly employees who promptly took our orders and then quickly brought out meals to our seats. The chicken and fish was fresh, hot, and delicious. It was breaded and cooked to perfection (just like it was 20 years ago). The fires were near perfect too. The cole slaw was fresh and delicious as well. The place was clean and didn't smell like or feel greasy. It was nice to walk into a LJS and not have my eyes burn from a cloud of grease smoke. The restrooms were also clean and well serviced. GrapeWife was impressed by the quality of the food. Bravo to the crew at this LJS and bravo to the new CEO for putting the franchise back on track. Bottom line: If you're craving LJS, you won't find it done better than they do it here.
