It is sad that in this day and age racism is still a thing at the Wawa store 08129 in Morgantown,…read morePA. I am disappointed to have experience a very degrading and racist customer service from "manager" Aionis. I would like a call from the Regional Manager to share our experience. It should all be in camera. We have spent thousands of dollars at this store and before going in the store we put a full tank of gas. My friend and I ( a black and Hispanic males) had 2 valid coupons for a free lecolombe that expires 12/31. He accused us of being fraudulent in front of 5+ other customers (very unprofessional) and didn't even try to scan the coupons. We both still have the coupons and can present them as proof. Our Hispanic and black community are very close and this won't go unheard. I would recommend to any non-white person to avoid this Wawa.

I have eaten here without a problem maybe 5 or 6 times or more. However, I have gotten very sick…read moretwice, once from a chicken salad hoagie and once last week from a turkey hoagie. No lettuce or spinach on either of them so that was not the cause. Last week the turkey hoagie had tomatoes and sweet peppers on it only, no spreads etc. After I ate it my stomach felt bloated and it became increasingly worse until I finally vomited. Thankfully it wasn't food poisoning. I have eaten at other Wawa locations all over PA and NJ dozens of times and never had a problem. Both times I got sick, I had to go to the hospital. The chicken salad hoagie put me in the hospital for 4 days. Ugh. I will not eat from this location again. I wondered if anyone else has gotten sick?

These were better than most fast food places. A medium order of onion rings had about 5 large rings, a bit small for the price and the coating was particularly sweet. Not my style but some might prefer. We also ordered a caramel shake. This tasted more like vanilla with very little caramel. Service was relatively prompt but considering the fact it was about 4:30 pm and not very busy, I expected the food to come out a bit faster.

The fact that the staff members don't know how to run a gift card for payment does NOT mean that you get to lie about expiration dates and laugh at a child in front of other patrons. When I informed him that the card was valid, with a balance and had no expiration date, he admitted that they didn't know how to process the gift card. I love Roy Rodgers because it brings back a ton of childhood memories. When I was a kid my mom…read morewould take me and we would get sandwiches and a whole bunch of their delicious pickles from the condiments station. The pickles at the condiment station is the only reason why I still go to Roy Rodgers. I stopped in memorial day weekend, on Saturday night at 11:00 P.M., to get myself a Goldrush Chicken Sandwich and some pickles after a long night of driving on the turnpike. I went to the register and no one was there. I waited for a few minutes and noticed that the lady who was supposed to be working the register was over at a booth eating and reading a book. I was fine with this, but it took a while for her to notice me. I placed my order for the Goldrush sandwich and also asked for a small plastic cup for my condiments. She gave me my food, took my money and immediately went back to her meal and book. I moved to the condiments station and opened up the foil on my sandwich in order to garnish it with lettuce, pickles, onion and mayo. I opened the sandwich up (touching the buns and meat) and realized that I had been given a burger by mistake. I let the lady know that I had been given the wrong item and she started blaming the kitchen and went back and yelled at the cook. After a few minutes, she returned with a chicken sandwich. She approached me, put the chicken sandwich behind her back and said I need to take the burger from you first. Surprised I responded: "If it's just the same to you, and I'm assuming that your just going to throw the burger away, could I have them both." She started flipping out accusing me of trying to get away with something....implying that I somehow had something to do with being given the wrong item in the first place. She implied that I had somehow screwed up my order on purpose so that I could get free food. I'm not the one who screwed up. I ordered chicken (my receipt says chicken)....you screwed up! I absolutely hate waste. I hate it when people waste food. I gave her the burger and she gave me the chicken sandwich. The reason I'm giving this establishment a bad review isn't because they are over priced or have bad customer service. It's because after I took that burger apart with my bare hands...she wrapped it back up and threw it back under the heat lab for the next customer. Gross....at least she didn't waste it.
