The food from Zaxby's is always good, but I've found the last couple times that I went that the…read moreservice was pretty meh. Of course, this was around when they first opened up, so they might've been having some troubles finding employees or people were still getting used to everything, but the poor service affected our food a little bit. Our food came cold and they took quite a bit to make it, which, yet again, it's a newer Zaxby's so people are still getting the hang of everything, but it's still not great. The people at the counter were not incredibly friendly, but they were not mean to us and the friendliness differed from person to person. I don't really expect fast food workers to be sociable, so this doesn't bother me. Honestly, that's the least of my concerns compared to how the poor service affects our food. Because my family and I went there a couple times and we had relatively the same problems with the service every time, we just usually don't go to this Zaxby's, which is sad since I love their food. On the other hand, though, the food is good and the environment is very clean and nice. I would recommend coming here only if you don't mind small service issues like this.

The food turned out to be good, but the low number of people at this location, compared to the massive business being carried out across the street at CFA is a testament to how food with efficient friendliness can draw a crowd. It's sad that Chipotle cannot hire friendly people or train their staff to be welcoming and kind.

I called and ordered a cold medium Italian sub & Pepsi for priority delivery. I'm 5 miles away. It was delivered one hour later! The bread was so hard I could have used it for a hammer. They charged me $34 plus I laid out $5 to give the driver BUT he left the food on the steps and ran! Why couldn't he knock or text me? Outrageous to pay $34 for a medium cold sub + soda!

Having left the gym this morning after missing several days due to the nasty stomach virus that's…read moregoing around (I know, TMI) I decided that since I could FINALLY eat something I wanted good ol' CARBS... and since I hadn't been to the Bojangles yet, I thought I'd go to the drive through on the way home after stopping by AscendFCU (best credit union EVAH, BTW). I stop at the drive through speaker and a voice says "Just pull up to the window" and I thought "Okey dokey..." and did just that, although I was a bit confused. Getting to the window a sweet young lady was saying to someone that they told the wrong person to pull up to the window before she turned to me laughing. I'm cracking up as she says "Hi! It's okay as we know what you want!" I'm dying laughing and said "Great! You've already got my two chicken biscuits ready then, right?" She's looking at me with such a grateful face that I'm not upset, the people behind her are scrambling to get my order IMMEDIATELY, and in no time flat I have my order as we're joshing back and forth. I totally enjoyed my short time at the drive through, and the psychic chicken and biscuits were AWESOME! The pieces of chicken breast were HUGE, fried to perfection, and the biscuits put Hardee's to shame. It's also so much easier to get in and out of than Hardee's is... especially since whoever did the redesign and rebuild there. (Being a retired contractor all I'm gonna say is the architect had to be on mind altering drugs as it's a horrible mess trying to get in and out of that place... the parking and drive through leave me speechless.) I've gotta go back when I have enough calories in reserve so I can chow down on more of their goodlicious food... right now I have a really happy belly and couldn't even finish the two chicken and biscuits I ordered when I thought I was starving!
