The cashiers didn't greet me when I approached the counter, and they didn't hand me my drink or my order number. Finally, I noticed one of the cooks using his bare hands to grab fries while preparing an order. I really hope his hands were washed, because that raised a big concern about food safety. In the end, it was an okay experience, but there are several things that need improvement. The ambiance was nice set of characters like the neon signs and design of the place like the wood accent.

The lobby is clean, trash isn't over fill( unless there was a rush but they take it out often), someone is on duty to keep the table clean and taking the tray back. It's 100+ degrees outside and all you have to offer is a cold drink for them. How about a canopy, a fan with a mister, a neck cooling towel to get this heat and sun out of their face at the drive thru window. I'm in awe when I saw that and voiced my concerns to the employee out there. At a different location they didn't turn on overhead fans because the manager there said it's too loud to hear the customers. I was speechless when the employee told me that. The lack of empathy of your employees health in this heat is outrageous.
