I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and when I got home I was adding my buffalo sauce but when I opened the sandwich it was already looking dry. Best Burger King experience I've had in years. We haven't been to this one but there was actually a line of cars which is nonexistent at other BKs. The line moved quickly, the staff were friendly. Food ended up coming out hot, everything was tasty. The food also was all correct and I asked for a sauce and actually got the sauce I requested. I always and only ever ask for buffalo and I will usually get BBQ which I hate, or nothing at all. Well done and next time I want BK I'll drive the extra 15 minutes for this BK over my towns terrible one. read more

I waited almost 10 minutes in the drive-thru while two other cars pulled up in the second lane and had their orders taken before me. I said "hello" twice, and all I got was "we'll be right with you" -- yet no one ever came back. This is not how you treat paying customers. The staff clearly didn't care, the place looked dirty, and I eventually just pulled off without even being acknowledged. This isn't just a bad day -- it's the FOURTH time in six months I've had an issue at this location. Corporate, you need to do better. Start by hiring people who actually want to work and represent your brand with some pride. I have been here off and on since the Pandemic started so I have not been inside the building, only through the drive-thru. They've kept the parking lot spotless since many people, like me, go through the drive-thru and then park and eat. The food is good, but average. The people are polite. The position of Burger King in the front of the mall lot is a bit awkward to get in and out of, so be careful. read more

Ordered the impossible whopper, they will make it spectate in the microwave if you don't want it cooked on the grill. I've had it multiple times now from this location and the day shift seems to have themselves more organized than the night crew. Today was one of the better experiences I've had there. Slow drive through every time. I've been here 3 times in 2 weeks because I have to drop a kid off at work near here. My wait time AFTER I ORDER is an average of 17 minutes. They are out of stuff -straws, large cups, mozzarella sticks, cheese tots, mustard, and these are just the things I have tried to order. They say sauce comes with the nuggets and promise it's in the bag then it isn't. Oh and when they got the mozz sticks back in stock they were rubber. By far the worst customer service experience I've ever had in the entire Lakeland. There is one girl usually has her hair in a bun whenever she comes on the line to take the order she always have an attitude for some unplained reason! She doesn't even know me! Perhaps I reminded her of someone from her past. That's not my problem. Overall though, these employees need to be taught good customer service skills because it's woefully lacking at this place. They need to realize thats customers are paying their money (not begging) and it's because of paying customers they even have a salary. read more

With picante sauce. Most burger kings do not add the spicy sauce so idk wtf they're even doing. Not only do they not carry picante sauce (unlike every other burger king), which is the only way I eat the burritos but they don't know how to read there either.
