Unfortunately we did not get to eat here as planned. We waited in line 4-5 minutes and nothing happened. The workers started cussing and fighting with each other and we left. I'm not sure the issue but it was not good read more

The staff were really nice and food came out quick and warm. Got several trio meals and was great to feed a full family at a relatively low cost. The inside was nice and clean too! Never forget the chicken fries and a whopper! Burger King staples! Definitely will be coming back for a great burger! read more

I generally really like Burger King, but this site was subpar. My chicken sandwich had more mayonnaise than chicken. I had to take the top bun off so I could taste the chicken. The French fries tasted like they had been under the warmer for a while. They were soggy and barely warm. My boyfriend's whopper was overloaded with sauce, also. The ice machine was empty. We got a small amount of ice at the counter. read more

This was your basic Burger King attached to a convenience store. The BK was attached to the c-store but was essentially a separate operation. Initially, I wasn't impressed with the service. They seemed to be focused on the drive through and didn't seem to notice the guy waiting in front of us in the lobby. However, once they noticed there were cumin the lobby, service was ultimately pretty good. The food was basic BK fare but was served hot and fairly quick. read more

Slowest service. Waited over 30 minutes for our food. I would not recommend going here. Go to McDonald's or Arbys in kingdom city

Walked in Burger King, 1 customer inside and none in line for drive thru so we thought it would be fast but in fact was not. Saw they messed up 1st guy order then waited over 25min for ours and when we received it, ours had food missing from the order as well. Looked like a manager with blue collar shirt was walking around the back and didn't do anything or cared. Cook wasn't in uniform nor wearing a hat over his hair. read more

Food was just ok, service was horrible. We ordered 4 meals, they got every one wrong. This has been an ongoing problem for several months now. This is the Burger King in Kingdom City Missouri. When I brought it back for correction, they still couldn't get it right. Will never eat there again. When I called to get this corrected, no one would answer the phone so calling is non existent there. read more

Left without the food I ordered today. We all know you can't expect greatness from any fast food place, but this Burger King had people standing around waiting for food for up to 30 minutes. Employees were walking around slow motion looking absolutely confused at what they were doing there. Hard pass. read more

Admittedly I'm a difficult orderer (Think; When Harry met Sally). I went here mid morning on my way cross state. They were serving breakfast but said with a few extra minute wait I could have whatever I wanted. Loved that! I ordered a chicken sandwich, but wanted it on a seeded bun. Instead of mayo I wanted mustard. Add pickles and oh yeah ... Since my husband isn't with me and I can't steal his fries can you make my order 1/2 fries 1/2 onion rings? Yes! Yes to all of it! They got everything right. This will be the place I stop from now on while traveling. 5 stars easily read more

I must say I was a little upset when stopping at the drive-through no crispy tacos, and no onion rings. I ended up just getting a regular whopper, but dammit that was the best damn whopper I've ever had. thank you! read more

Stopped by on our way to Illinois 10:15 in the morning there were 5 employees smoking just outside the front door. Believe the manager greeted us outside. Went inside and 3 employees behind the counter completely ignored us. Stood at the counter for 5 minutes and ended up leaving. Commented on the way out that we were inside waiting and no one helped us and the all still stood there smoking. Obviously don't care about actually serving customers. Will never stop here again. read more

The lobby was strangely closed during peak dinner time and the sign said to go to drive through. The guy taking my order in the drive through was distracted and had to ask 3 times for my order. When I got my food the burger was cold and smashed. The outer edges were so hard and burnt that it actually crunched. It was so disgusting that I could not eat it. The onion rings were cold as well. worst fast food meal I've ever had. read more

By far the BEST Burger King I've been to! My favorite fast food restaurant is Burger King, unfortunately, because I find a lot of them have terrible service or dirty dining areas. This location was the complete opposite. The manager opened the door for me as I was walking up, my food was right the first time, and the employees were constantly walking around picking up the place! They even brought my food to me, asked if I needed a refill, AND took my food from me when they saw I was finished with my meal. I was very impressed and have always remembered this location for their service (it's been about 8 months since I was there)! read more

It began when they forgot my cheeseburger with my food. (They always forget something it seems) I drove home 15 mins only to realize it was gone. So I turned around to go get it. Very upset I asked an employee what the store number was so I could call corporate. She calls over Maurice. Maurice did not apologize. Gave me the store number and told me to have a good day. I told him that it would've been better had they gotten my order correct. Then calls out goodbye with an attitude. Outside in my car I call corporate immediately. Before I knew it Maurice is walking out the front door to have a smoke. I asked him what his name was because I had forgotten. He said it's on my name tag. Since he was still pretty far away I squinted to see what it said, plus his finger was blocking part of the name tag. I said Mario? He said " oh you can't read either " terrible customer service. Can't make an order correctly. read more

I literally had my food as I was ordering. It didn't taste like it had been sitting on a warmer for hours (But I'm sure it was). Crazy fast and they were nice about it too! Good location, which is why I stopped here obviously. If I wanted it my way again I'd come back. read more

Kingdom City Missouri location was visited on 12/18/2017. Myself and my wife asked for our food to be off the grill, and we were told that would be ok. Our food arrived and it was obviously off the warmer tray. When we asked the manager why we were told one thing and then given another he stated " That's the best we can do". That in itself is troubling, but when another employee mumbled under his breath what sound like "what a bitch" about my wife we found this to be extremely rude and disrespectful. We never will stop at this store again, and I will continue share this story with anyone who will listen to me. read more
