I don't know why there's so many negative reviews on this location. I've never had issues with food. Always hot and fresh. The dining room is always clean. The restrooms are in good shape. And the service was never bad. read more

Would have give no stars if possible. Went through drive thru orderd two whoppers and double cheeseburger. Checked bag had two cheeseburgers and whooper Jr. Go back in get my two whoppers for 5 more bucks and change drive off and without my double cheeseburger. I ordered on the app a whopper and to get the free whopper which I saw when I checked out that was through T-Mobile and I saw both whoppers on the order and they only gave me one. #1 - They need to ASK if you want a dipping sauce or what kind of dipping sauce you want. I got ORings and asked for ranch at the window to be told it would cost extra because they gave me the "Zesty Sauce" that comes with ORings. No let me switch that for you, No nothing helpful! This is one of the worst places to try to eat or even drink anything. Every time I have come here for the past few months they're broiler don't work they're shake machine doesn't work their ice machine is broken they don't have chicken they don't have beef it's ridiculous there is no way that any restaurant can possibly operate this way either that or people just don't want to work I don't get it I really don't understand why they are even still open and wasting their electricity to keep the sign on. We waited 10-15 minutes in the drive thru for cold food...no joke everything was cold! Not sure why we were waiting because no one else was ahead of us or inside the restaurant waiting to be served. While we were waiting the work crew was just goofing off and staring at us making us very uncomfortable. We went there to pick up order online for t mobile Tuesday's a free whopper with $3. Purchase she use a &3. Deal but they refused to honer the other one. Said it wasn't on the order. The last couple of times I have stopped here the food was not up to even BK standards, and the drive thru was being run by someone that I can only assume is illiterate. The location is convenient, so I have been more than generous with my 2nd chances, but they are out of strikes. The service is pathetic. Orders gone missing. If they claim to have your order, it is often wrong, and cold, when handed thru the window.(Always check before you drive off) My LAST order of 2 whoppers for $6 was the final out. I suspect I was given impossible burgers instead of beef burgers. What little I ate, tasted "off". The convenience is no longer worth it. I went here on 10/30 there was only 2 workers. Had to wait in drive thru for over 12 mins when there was only 2 cars ahead. Once I got to the window the person who gave me my food and drinks had a anime hoodie on. Definitely wasn't in uniform. The hoodie has explicit females. This has got to be the nastiest BK I've been too. Ordered a sourdough burger, took one bite and was OVER IT. Their was a hair on my sandwich, fries was cold and stale, and the drink was carbonated water. Trying to give the restaurant the benefit of the doubt I went back for breakfast. I went through the drive thru and ordered two whopper jr.'s and they only rang up one. Told them add mustard no onions; it displayed correctly on the screen. Pulled through and the order was wrong. Worse than that the burger wasn't even cooked properly and stone cold. I tried to give them another chance a couple weeks later and got food poisoning. The cashier inside was rude and walked away complaining about having to work that day and left me standing there for 20 minutes with no one else waiting to order before the manager took my order. This location isnt worth even going to. I have gave it a few extra tried just to make sure that it wasnt just a bad day there. The last 2 times I have went I have asked for my Original Chicken to be dropped fresh and all they have done is taken an already made one and dropped it back in the grease.BOTH TIMES. This morning I asked for them to make sure that my bacon on my bacon egg and cheese biscuit was crispy and all they did was put an already made one in the microwave so it felt extra hot and I would think they had done what I asked. They did not. It was rubbery from being placed in a microwave. They would rather put out a bad product than to take the extra time to make it right.I gave them 3 tries and now I'll go next door to Bojangles. Management needs to lead by example also bc the first problem I had, it was a manager and when I asked them to actually remake my original chicken she rolled her eyes and slammed the window. I mean, you can tell if you recook something in grease.So for the district,next time you want a chicken sandwich be sure to cook it,take it out, wait about 5 min and then recook it in the grease , so you can get the same quality that your employees give to normal paying customers. read more
