Food was horrible and the people that are working there are even worse. Every time I've gone because they are cheaper by the way not because the food was good or anything there has always been either someone smoking outside, screaming at employees, sitting down not helping anyone all while 2 girls are doing everything and look like they are ready to pass out themselves. THAT IS NOT COOL OR PROFFESSIONAL AT ALL PEOPLE!!!! If I could give this store negative stars I would. Oh and by the way after doing some digging the people that I have seen smoking right outside the building or in their cars were actually smoking weed!!! It's supposed to be fast food right? So why is it so slow? I'll tell ya why, bc at 6:30 pm, with 5 cars behind me and 1 in front, the woman that took our order decided to go out for a smoke break. When we got to the window we realized why, she's probably stressed from doing the job of multiple people. They are seriously understaffed! I know its COVID but it's also dinner hour. I dont blame her, I blame the owner. Get them some help! 20 mins later we got our meals and no surprise to us, our fries were cold. I gave them 2 stars bc at least those girls were trying! read more

I only gave one star because I couldn't give zero. I pulled into the drive through and the person at the speaker said I'll be right with you. A few minutes later a vehicle pulled into the other drive through lane (still haven't heard from the speaker). They got helped before me. I was very disappointed with management tonight. I appreciate her half ass apology and then slamming the window in my husbands face. She offered no solution. I ordered on the mobile app because it supposed to be convenient. We pulled up and tried to call 4 times, no one answered. So we got in line. We pulled in at 6:09 and didn't get our order until 6:39. When my husband asked management why our online order was taking so long she said "you have to use the app." To which he replied "we did." He asked about curbside and she said we should have called, we told her we did call. Then she said the phone was broken and out of order and the only working phone was in the office, she can't hear it. The entire situation was very frustrating, obviously the manger had no intention in making things better. She could have offered a partial refund. She didn't. My advice is DO NOT USE THE APP! If you do, you have to pre pay for your order. Your stuck with dealing with whatever experience they give you because they already have your coin. I called corporate just an FYI to the manager. Visited store on at 8 pm where I was the ONLY car in the drive thru with just ONE other vehicle in the parking lot. Only ordered two Whopper Jr. Paid at the window with $10 which would have resulted in about $4. 50 in change. I overheard the cashier say to another employee that she needed dollar bills for the register. That took 5 minutes. Then I waited another 5 minutes for the burgers. By that time I had ordered and sat in the car for close to 15 minutes. When the cashier finally opened the window to give me my order, I canceled it and got my money back. First, what cashier doesn't realize that she needs dollar bills in the register before they are needed for change. Secondly, how long does it take to make two hamburgers when you only have two customers? I had heard this BK has very slow service and now having read similar reviews know that it is. Fast food when you don't want it fast. Admittedly the line does start moving when the people in front of you in the drive through line start leaving out of frustration. This place is tragically slow. I won't be back. read more

The worst BK I have ever been to. The slowest I have ever witnessed they can only take five orders at a stone and I sat in line for over 45 mins. People were pulling out of line. Card reader is broke and they have to do something at the back window. Why wouldn't they use the first window instead of using the second window and taking my card out of sight. I have to echo the sentiment of the other reviewer. I was excited when I first heard we were getting a Burger King. I love Burger King food. We've tried this one several times and unfortunately been disappointed each and every time. The food is cold and stale. Definitely won't be going back. That's truly a shame as Burger King usually has decent food. read more

My experience has been good each and every time I have went. They have been super friendly, quick and the food was amazingly fresh. I generally do not do Burger King - but this one in Gatesville has changed my mind - I would recommend it for a budget friendly - quick meal. read more
