Wish I could give 0 stars. We travelled from out of state. Stopped here to get food, ordered on the app at approximately 11:40pm (app allowed us to order as restaurant is open until 12am). Everything was locked up and when we knocked at the drive-thru window, an employee answered, said "we're closed" but we told them we ordered online. He said well we close in 5 minutes, but we told them we ordered 15 minutes before and have been waiting the entire time. He said he could do a refund, but struggled at the drive-thru computer. When we asked why we were able to put in an order if they were closed, the employee said "we have school kids." We told him we had kids as well but if they're open until 12AM, they should have been able to get our order. The employee told us "no, we have school age kids working here." If they're open until 12 am and have school aged kids working till midnight, that's the manager's wrong. Don't schedule kids or employees that close your restaurant early or reflect your store hours to closing early to accommodate your kid-employees. Also, if having school-aged employees was the issue, that excuse may have made more sense if it wasn't Saturday night. Neither employee, if they were even school-aged minors, had school on Sunday that would have made it "necessary" to close early. Called customer service who said a report would be submitted. But in wasting time with this mess, all other restaurants in the area closed and we were unable to get food for 3 hours. Beyond disappointed. Shame on them. read more

Asked for a cold coffee very little ice and they can't even do that "my way" because it was full. I brought it to their attention and I was asked it I wanted it fixed. If I bring it to their attention, yes I want it fixed. While it was being fixed the manager made a comment and three other employees came to the see who was at the window complaining about the coffee. When she returned I asked her if anyone else wanted to see who was bitching about the coffee. She told me I should get my attitude in check and I wouldn't have this problem. read more

The server that helped us was super nice. The food came hot and proper. I dont understand these bad reviews but maybe it was just someone who used to work here who had a bad day or what have you. I had the spicy crispy chicken sandwich and it was made after I ordered and it came out fresh and hot like I said. July 20, 2018 Driving from El Paso to Austin with 4 littles. Chose this location because it's got an indoor playground (says on the big billboard on I-10). After a long stretch on the road our kids were looking forward to some running indoors (too hot outside). This Burger King was dishing out none other than disappointment and unprofessionalism. First of all the playground was closed. Even I felt disappointed. Then the restroom had NO baby change table. I'm serious. I looked in both stalls. Nothing. I had to change my baby on the restroom floor. Yikes! Then this particular serving staff was unprofessional. He was tall and of African American descent. Whenever the order was ready he would yell out the number in the manner of an auctioneer, as in "Number 31! Number 31! Going once~Going twice, and....(customer would show up), sold! to the man in blue t-short!" I appreciate his light heartedness, but I didn't feel lighten up by him. Instead, I felt mocked. Lastly my cashier, a young slimmer Caucasian male gave me the wrong change. At this point I didn't have any more steam to deal with this place. I just wanted to get our food and leave! This place was disgusting! Both stop here for fast food, it's worth the wait for the next stop. They were out of four different fountain drinks, including our diet or sugar-free options. I paid almost $3 for a large soda and got a small bottle of water instead. I also ordered literally two items, a double cheeseburger and chicken fries. The chicken fries were still cold in the center and those two items took 13 minutes to make. He chicken fries were over-fried on the outside , cold in the middle, and had very, very little actual chicken inside. You're mostly eating breading. The place was also filthy, and the employees in the back were yelling and making weird noises. It seemed like everyone was messing around more than working, but to their credit, everyone that worked there was really nice. That having been said, I won't be stopping by on my way back. read more

This is unbelievable! How can this place knowingly sell these tacos that don't even come close to what they advertise. I was already back on the road by the time I saw what they had given me. I should have listened to the reviews of this place. I didn't think the unfriendly service was going to be a big deal, but now I know. Friendly service and caring for the health of their customers go hand in hand. I usually stop at Burger Kings whenever I travel. I will definitely skip this one. read more

NO stars!!! Forget going here. A simple order was too hard for them. The ladies working there were more interested in their phones and talking to "friends" who go on the side and chat. Very unprofessional and needs a great manager to get this place in gear. The eating area was very dirty and sodas spilled on the floor. Plenty of employees walking around, who kept running to the restroom with their phones. This place needs a major overhaul. As for my meal, well, by time my burger came out, it was cold and my cheese was still firm. It took them long enough, but I don't understand how my sandwich is COLD!!! Fries were warm. Very slow and unorganized. Credit/debit machines are not working but no sign is posted to let customers know. Ended up waiting in line to have to go get cash from the ATM and wait in line again. Hopefully the next visit will be better. read more

We drove 200+ miles to get to this Burger King after camping in the Chisos Basin. We hadn't eaten breakfast or had any fast food all week and were starving. The employees informed us that they didn't have burgers after we had already placed an order for three whoppers. Why did you take our order BEFORE telling us that this BURGER King didn't have BURGERS? After we ordered chicken sandwiches instead, they logged the order and told us that they wouldn't accept our card, only cash. Why would you tell us you don't accept card after you already took our order and started preparing it? Didn't seem the least bit apologetic for this inconvenience. When we received the bag, 1/3 of our order was missing. I returned to the counter to inform the employees and before I could finish my sentence, the employee named "GiGi" rudely interjected that they would have to charge me for the mistake. We gave the food back and asked for a refund. This Burger King was unbelievably trashy and it's employees were disgustingly inept in customer service. However, we located a nearby combination Taco Bell/KFC which gave us fabulous service and ended up having a pleasant time. read more

I'm a truck driver, and I should have avoided this place because I've seen many people walk out very unhappy. I ordered the IMPOSSIBLE WHOPPER double patty. like I do at every Burger King I go to, even asked to make sure I get the real meatless patty. got back on the highway only to realize 10 miles down the road that they did not give me meatless patties. The Worst! Customer service......ever!!!! AVOID THIS LOCATION even if you are starving. Got there around closing time (door wasn't locked, and employees didn't say anything when we got in line). Once in line girl takes our order. After the cashier took our order we walked to the soda machine and before we could put our cup to get ice, the same cashier pushes her way past us to get the soda in her cup first. She begins cleaning the store. We get our food and sit down, and at that exact moment the same girl walks up to us and says "how long are you gonna be cause I can't go home till you do". Wtf? Did she really tell us that? What's worse is hat they had a sign that said cash only, kinda funny since I didn't get a receipt. Worse Burger King ever! It is attached to a Shell Station. The ice tea container had no lid on it and there were flies everywhere. They were out of napkins and the self serve ketchup was empty. When we got our burgers they were cold because the French fries were not ready, so the burgers just sat there. The bathroom looked like it had not been cleaned in a while. Well after you get over the disgust of having the cashier sneeze into their hand a couple times before asking for your credit card, you'll get to enjoy the hygiene disaster that is the rest of the restaurant. The good news is you'll have *plenty* of time to enjoy it because the service is slower than any other "fast" food place you've ever been to.
