I went to Burger King. I ordered a whopper with cheese combo three of them and one I wanted with chicken fries of course they don't do that. They said you gotta pay for those separately. Never had that happen before I get home after paying five bucks for the chicken fries and they never we're in my bag they forgot to give them It was already expensive enough without them forgetting stuff and they weren't even for me either for somebody else The whole order cost me over $43. Burger King isn't like the one I really enjoyEd back in the 1990's. Back then they really had great burgers and the price was so cheap that anyone could afford a burger anytime. Now a days Burger King has so many different freeze dried foods that I lost interest in buying anything from them anymore . I've read so much about the meat they are using besides the fries aren't tasty as they used to be. I understand everything changes but, It would be great if they could just be the Burger King that alot of us people remember back in the good old days . Waited over 40 minutes for our order , had to ask 3 times when it will be ready, watched them keep handing our order to the drive they (we were the only people in the lobby) had to ask for the manager who came out and was extremely rude told us they were making it now and didn't need to refund (she did refund) when asked for corporate number and her name got major attitude and gave us a number that went straight to voice mail. I absolutely love this place and whenever i eat out I go here. The food is great and high quality (it's Burger King of course it's good) and the service is good. Stopped here on our way to Phoenix. Went thru the drive through. They asked us to pull forward (no problem). After 3 other cars got their food and over a 20 min wait we went in and asked for our money back. Coming back home from Bisbee, we decided this is where we will have our lunch. We missed the turn off for In&Out, and too far away to turn around. The place was clean with plenty of parking. They had this new soda dispenser which looked cool and was something so different than the dispensers at all the fast food places. I should have taken a picture of it. I'm giving 4 stars for that. All I can say is that this was a whole lot better than Carl's Jr in Tucson. read more

My firends and I stop in for breakfest 1 or 2 time a month. The manager is always on the counter and take the order. Every time he gets somthing wrong. This past weekend 2/11/12. We went in and my girl friend got the number 5. This is french toast sticks. Well when we got the order it was a Croissan'wich. So we had to go up and get him to fix it. It's kinda sad at this point. One think I also noticed was that all the trash cans were full over the top. This was around 9:15 or so. Absolutely medicore service, and that's putting it nicely. I get if you want to satisfy your customers by being kind, going full on overboard and flirting over the intercom, thats not what you're getting paid for, sweetie. When someone tells you politely to stop, and as retaliation you cut off the bottom half of a tomato and put it on the sandwich and mess up everything else and give someone's hungry kid old chicken nuggets because your little feelings got hurt for being unrprofessional, that's when you need to go find a new job that doesn't strive to satisfy customers. You are not satisfying anybody. Everytime we have visited, and many others as well, the orders have been wrong or we have been overcharged for things we did not order. I suggest cleaning up your act before a lot of your customers start reporting this to corporate so they can investigate what's really going on and whose working at this place.
