I ordered food online and when I got there they didn't have the food they were advertising. I asked for my money back as I didn't get anything from them,but they refused. Days later I still haven't gotten my money returned to me. I got charged $23 for the inconvenience of driving there and having their employees be snarky to me and nothing else. Let me preface this with a statement. I normally would not bother kicking a place like Burger King without extraordinary circumstances, we know the usual standards for this establishment. With that said, here we go Went in today, ordered 2 bacon King Jr's, nuggets 2 frys and a chicken sandwich. Got home with 3 chicken Jr sandwiches, 2 frys and nuggets. Went back and found the dining room locked, had to go drive through, person on the speaker could not understand what I said, said I would have to come to the window. Finally got to the window, no manager available, window cashier finally found the order and magically it had chicken Jr sandwiches instead of bacon King Jr's. 1st problem, people taking orders should repeat them back 2nd receipt should be given with every order, I received no receipt in hand or in the bag. 3rd when a customer comes all the way back to your store, try to actually help them. 4th take ownership of the problem, fix it, get a manager involved. I understand that mistakes happen, nobody is perfect but at least try. The solution offered was me returning the incorrect food items and them then giving me the correct items. My wife was hungry and ate one of the chicken sandwiches she did not feel like waiting on me to get back. The people at this Burger King seemed to think or gave me the impression they thought I was scamming them. I left the incorrect sandwich with them and refused to take it, even though I paid for it. Some scam huh? Bet that one really pays off. I went to Watsons and bought a bacon burger apple pie and onion rings. I've ordered from here several times I like the impossible burger and I like the fish sandwich but twice I've ordered delivery from this place and have not received it and it cost me $20 each time and so $40 for food I did not get is unacceptable and they are not refunding me, and I do not know the consequences or what the driver says to them it's beyond me!!! read more

Was waited on one of the rudest young girls ever! I ordered a sausage biscuit through the drive through. Was told it would be $4.32. I asked for just a sausage biscuit? She said yes. Got to the window and asked again, if the amount was for just a sausage biscuit? She said yes. Opened the item and it had cheese and egg. I told her I only wanted a sausage biscuit and was told to come into the store. She aggressively threw my purchase in the trash then handed me the new item. I asked for a reimbursement for the lesser item. She said that's how much it is. The biscuit was hard and dried out. The app has the sausage biscuit for $2.79. We placed the order and it was wrong. Had to order another burger and the cheese was left off. The coke drinks were flat. The only thing that was good were the fries. No no no nope. Avoid at all costs. Food is terrible. Service is terrible. Waited for the cashier to stop playing and laughing with coworkers for five minutes before we got his attention. If I didn't have my young kids with me, I would've left. It got worse. Went to get our drinks, and the drink station was a filthy mess with no straws and lids. Pointed it out to someone behind the counter and he said "Sorry. We've been busy." So hey, if you've got time to laugh and play behind the counter while customers wait to order, you've got time to clean. Got to our table, most of the tables were dirty. Chose the least dirty one. There's food all over the floor. Food from BREAKFAST still on the floor at 1:30 in the afternoon. Sooo gross. Then we went to the play area. Lord knows the last time that place saw a sponge or mop or even a freaking napkin. Dead crickets all over the place, food stuck on floors. Dirty tables, dirty chairs. Flies all over. Cobwebs and dead bugs on the playground equipment. Just really disgusting. This place really needs new management or it needs to shut down. There isn't any heat in the play area. There isn't a baby changing table in the bathroom and the door doesn't lock. They should probably greet customers when they enter. Not good being welcomed with a back turned to me. Also, wipe the tables down! Holy cow! What's wrong with these people. Terrible customer service and they weren't even that busy. They were supposedly out of ketchup and receipt paper. This is just an assumption, but I thought that the employee was irritated that I would ask for ketchup and a receipt so that I can expense my meal. If my assumption is wrong, then this is an indication of poor management, which is also frustrating. I feel that the king would be royally disappointed with the attitude and service offered by the employee at the drive-thru.. Consider increasing employee salary and driving employee satisfaction so that the customer is not the "enemy." Absolute worst drive-thru restaurant ever! I gave my order 3 times at the drive through window. The first time they told me to wait one second please. I waited about 5 minutes then they said order. I ordered and then they made me hold again. A couple minutes later a male voice started the process over again. Then, when I finished my order a female came on and asked for my order the 3rd time. I gave her the coupon codes I was using and she said to come to the window. I went to Burger King to buy breakfast on sat 2.16.19 I ordered a double croissant and a 2 for4 .I was in a hurry to get to Durant for a job..I'm in construction..when I got there I was going to eat with my helper and wife ..when I opened the bag to give my helper the double to my surprise. It's been short staffed the last two times I've been in. Both times it has been pretty hot inside, I guess the A/C doesn't work well. All that didn't really matter until I got my order. When I finished ordering, I was asked what I wanted to drink instead of just receiving a cup. I thought to myself "well that's awful nice." I soon learned that they didn't have a working ice machine and that the drink machine wasn't cooling either. I wouldn't have ordered a drink if I knew i I was going to receive a hot drink, in a hot room, during a 100-degree day. I have experienced terrible customer service and quality from this location on multiple occasions, today I decided to write a review. When you order food in the drive-thru they tell you to pull around and wait even though there is not another car behind you, something about their "drive time". I don't even get my full order out when I'm quickly told the total and to pull foward, after interrupting that I had more I'm once again rushed to the front before I can say I want to make it a combo. Does this store owner not want upsales? The wrapper on the burger stated the modifications I requested; however, it was all ignored on the burger itself. This place has the absolute WORST service of any fast food place anywhere! Let me elaborate! I'm the only customer in the place. The fellow takes my order. His name was Jessie. I specifically asked what my order number was, just to be alert to the numbers. Several orders came in and there were several in the drive-thru! I stayed alert to the orders that were being delivered and my number 98 was never called. Consistently the fellow, Jessie was calling other orders for other customers that came after me. I didn't have anything in my order that had to be special made, and there wasn't any confrontation with the fellow by which he could be justified for just skipping my order. By now there are several very disappointed customers that were missing all or parts of their orders. I asked a young lady what the managers name is only to find out that the very same fellow that took my order was the manager- Jessie!!! I asked what for a possible ETA for my food. I quote "are you number 4?" I replied no! My number is 98. Reply was "Oh". We rock along another 5 minutes or so and I call him out by name 4 times and 4 times he ignores me. Finally I said "SIR". He finally responds with "may I help you". I told him I need a refund. By now it's been 45 minutes with not so much as a simple acknowledgment of my patience. I collected my refund and left. Granted they may be seeing a surge in business due to the closed McDonalds across the street but by now they should have recognized their need for increased personnel to allow for the surge. The last three times I have used Burger King in Denison TX when I get home (17 miles away) none of my burgers have cheese and extra pickles on them, nor any sauce that I have ordered. I very plainly give my order to do so. Of these last three visits I have not been given a reciept to prove the cost of my meal or the items I have ordered. This makes me think the employee is ringing up one amount and telling me a higher amount and keeping the difference for themselves. I am very disappointed in Burger King. They are distroying their good name. The Burger King in Durant OK has the same problem as to leaving off the cheese and sauce. I've been going to this same Burger King my entire life. The food has always been good. The service for years has been terrible and i have finally had enough. The staff(including the managers) have the worst attitudes i have ever encountered in the fast food service. They are smart aleck, rude, ungrateful(they have a job because of customers....they serve US not the other way around). They quickly get such an attitude when you dont do things exactly as they want you to. They do not appreciate your business and behave with common courtesy. They do not say please and thank you or have a nice day and please come again. The closest thing to polite courtesy is when they say 'Welcome to Burger King....' when you pull up to the menu. Today i was asked to pull forwards and my food would be brought to me. There was no one behind me so I saw no reason to pull forward. When the young man who asked me to do this didnt get his way, he closed the window and then a moment later another young man came out and asked me to do the same. All he said was that it was company policy. Didnt explain why or see how ridiculous it was, especially considering I chose to sit there as a courtesy to the employee so he wouldnt have to walk outside in the heat to bring me my food. I explained that latter part by the way. So, I pull forward. Two minutes later he brings the food out. I say thank you and sorry you had to walk out here in the heat. His reaction was "What?" I repeated, and he just turned his back to me and walked off. I get home(three blocks away) dig into my food....and i have no fries. Considering there was a three minute wait for them to make the two chicken sandwiches, I fail to see how they had the time or excuse to miss putting fries in my bag, after all there was no one behind me!
