I then speak aloud because no one came to the counter to greet me. Then, when the female server comes to the counter with her team, I tell her what I wanted and asked if she could make the switch. She said "No, because we've cashed it out and can't do it." To that, I tell her that I will contact head office. She then gets snarky with me and tells me "She don't care, they won't care, and it doesn't matter anyway because she has me on camera!" We all know that restaurants CAN change orders and give refunds to unhappy customers. Therefore, as a former assistant manager of a chicken place, I HIGHLY recommend going to a different KFC. This is the THIRD TIME I have had issues with this restaurant, skipping fries, and once telling my BF that their promotional combos don't come with fries. These individuals are unfit who lack customer service.
