There is sugar and salt in everything and almost nothing else. I highly recommend avoiding. The guy was nice enough and my girl seem to enjoy her lunch meat sub which she was obsessed with and got every time we weretraveling - but there's no accounting for taste and she is very susceptible to advertising. I think it tastes like crap.
