However, last night my family and I had the worst experience from an employee Gabriel. From the moment we walked in, I already knew it was going to be bad. He was mopping the floors when we walked in and was clearly annoyed that we walked in. Mind you we walked in at 8 and they close at 10. He went to the counter to take our order and was again annoyed and doing the eye rolling thing because i was not immediately ready to place an order and the rest of my family had gone to wash their hands. when I was placing my order, i asked for onions to be added before toasting and he literally grabbed a handful and threw them to my sandwich and at that point I had had enough but stayed quiet and just said to myself I will pick off some of the onions. however, when it was my husband's turn to order, he was having trouble remembering which bread he wanted to order, and he AGAIN rolled his eyes and slammed the door to the bread warmers and slapped the bread on the counter. and that was it for us. I told him we did not want anything and that his attitude sucked since the moment we walked in. he did not apologize but just walked to the back. the other employee did come out and tried to justify that they just had had a bad day. and that all ok but that still does not give anyone the right to treat people that way. I did call the next day and spoke to the manager, and she stated she would handle it. i hope she does because if I ever go back and he is there, I will be walking out.

The staff were welcoming and very friendly. The dining room was clean. The meal was delicious. I forgot how good the mozzarella sticks are from Arby's. And let's not forget about the Arby's sauce! When I pulled it out, I realized it was a staple that had been in my food. I'm extremely thankful I noticed it before swallowing it because this could have caused a serious injury. Finding a sharp metal staple in my food is completely unacceptable and honestly ruined my entire experience. I've attached pictures as proof of what I found. I understand that mistakes can happen, but something like this should never make it into a customer's food. I really hope the restaurant takes this seriously and looks into how this happened to prevent it from happening to someone else
