The 1 star is just to allow me to post if could give negative star I would. This place needs to be cleaned. The floors, counters, cooking areas and bathrooms are nasty. If they can't keep the cooking areas clean, I can't imagine that the Food in the refrigerators are kept rotated and on clean areas. It also makes me wonder, when was the last time the oil was changed, or the cooking baskets cleaned. The kids wanted chicken nuggets from there, we went in and in them all types of food on the floor, the employees were walking on the food spreading it in the entire cooking area. Not just meat and fries, but pieces of buns with mayo, lettuce and ketchup was everywhere. Another Hazard. There was a big bug running around the floor with the food pieces. If you see a bug, its not going to be contained to the floor. Roaches carry disease. I left and took the children to Greenwood to McDonalds, I went inside with them there and the Store was very clean. So they got Chicken Nuggets. We could not even keep a McDonalds here, due to the same reason I just mentioned was going on at BKing. People do not want to eat food where Roach Bugs are in the Food Area. When they close at night wonder what foods they roll around in. These things carry diseases. Place needs to be closed down and cleaned, or closed completely. Its just completely nasty. read more

Absolutely HORRIBLE!!!! I know there have been changes due to Covid. Ordered a family pack with specific changes. We were given a tightly stapled bag. Upon getting home, opened pack and none of the extra items I had specified on my ordered were there. We paid extra for these items. They gave us stuff that had been cooked up several hours earlier. read more

This place just needs to be shut down. The dining is never open, presumably due to their inability to hire anyone. The times in the past the place was open it was a filthy mess. No exaggeration. A few years prior you could get a hot meal that tasted like something "Burger King". Again, it needs to go the way of the McDonalds that was a few hundred yards down the road. This BK establishment is a disgrace to Abbeville. If you need fast food just go to Hardee's up the road. New store, still pretty clean and your food will be hot.......Deserves Zero Stars. read more

The drive thru was full of cara and several workers were outside smoking. When they walked back in they left the back door wide open. When I received my order after have to wait 20 mins everything was cold. Things sure have changed. read more

If I could give no stars before writing this review, I would. I understand that every restaurant is short staffed bc of the economy, but that does mean that the people who are working has to be rude and unprofessional. I tried to change a drink bc my 2 year old decided she wanted tea instead of an icee and the woman at the window couldn't wrap her head around the fact that I needed one icee and one tea. The whole time she had an attitude and had her ear buds in. Then the kid that brought the food out also had his ear buds in and had an attitude! It's the only Burger King in abbeville and I was trying to treat my kids. Corporate really needs to step in and do something about their staff and management at this store. read more

I cannot believe what my husband came home and told me. He and my just barely 4 yo grandson visited your burger king in Abbeville, SC on 4/20/22 they apparently ordered food and my grandson became unruly as 4 yo CHILDREN will from time to time. So hubs decides to leave but he was going to get him an ice cream before they left hubs didnt even finish his meal as he knew grandson was getting unruly. Apparently grandson made a mess with there icee machine and some got on the floor. Grandson was told by the manager that "BAD BOYS" don't get ice cream and to leave "GO ON". Now i understand that little boys can be unruly especially when there grandpa is trying to control them but MS. MANAGER you have not a clue about the health and mentality of our grandson and as for him being to loud with "your staff" he does not HEAR very well. The manager in the Abbeville SC store really needs customer service training It was not like grandpa was asking for a FREE ice cream for grandson He was the customer and was going to pay for it a promptly leave. Hubs told grandson "come on lets go we will just somewhere else for ice cream" Absolutely Horrible! and dont lay it towards your staff, hubs said your staff looked shocked how you handled the situation. read more

Staff was very nice and friendly. it's a chain, so you can expect the same level of food.

So i got my onion rings that were cold and soaled with grease to the point of sogginess. Asked them for a freah patch. After about we 5 mins my husband went up there to chwxk on them. They had been sitting so long they too werr cold now. I ate a few, had a perfume taste and i feel ill. Never again. read more

If I could give no stars I would! Ordered a 4pc nugget meal, an apple sauce, and a small fry. Simple right? Not here... we were told we couldn't get an apple sauce and a small fry. Funny enough they were out of apple sauce and we paid for the fry. We were never told they were out of apple sauce. Called back to speak with a manger and he was not so nice. I watch that young lady at the counter have to throw away burger after Burger because they're cooked to not make one without mayonnaise then I finally got my burger had to bring it back up it was loaded with mayonnaise and tomato I asked if you could get it back to you the way I want it and when I got it back it only had the onions no lettuce or ketchup and I could tell that she did not want to have to deal with that cook but the managers didn't seem to care will never stop at that Burger King again even though it's the last one on my route this truck will never pull into that parking lot read more
