Bought a voucher for two hamburgers and came by this evening to place an in person order. It was my first time getting burgers from Burger Factory.
Upon walking in, was barely greeted or acknowledged by the employee behind the counter. She was busy attending to something and asked me to wait. Didn't seem all that concerned with a customer.
Few moments later, another employee came around, asking me how I am, smiling and being friendly. She was ready to take my order and any questions I had regarding the burgers and sauce, she readily answered.
Got two hamburger combos and went on my way.
Once I arrived home, unpacked the food. Each burger was nicely separated in a container and not wrapped in foil (thankfully). The buns were soft and the fries looked and tasted great but the meat was not very appetising.
The patty was quite thin (looked similar to what McDonald's offers) but it was crumbly and worse yet, had a smell. I couldn't stomach it. The meat clearly wasn't well seasoned. Tasted very bland. I added cheese to it from home and other fixings but couldn't finish even half.
My companion struggled with their burger also. I thought my opinions and distaste may have influenced them but they stated that there's a smell coming from the meat and it left a lot to be desired. We tossed out our burgers after a few bites and ate the fries. Was it worth $22? Certainly not.
