Big portions and good food, but a bit of a language barrier!…read more
Went there for dinner and the menu was only available in French. The staff has very limited English language skills, but with some help from other clients, some body language and some Google we were able to order.
I had the "tartare traditionell" and they had added a barbecue sauce to the grounded meat which made it very sweet. The taste was very good, but I would not call this a traditional tartare. The meat was very good and the portion was huge! I could not finish it despite being really hungry!
My companion had the burger and that was also big and the meat in the burger was good, but the rest of the burger was quite ordinary.
If you neef GF or NGF a celiac travel card in French would be recommended to ensure you get food that works. Tartare is GF!
Location and surroundings of the outdoors serving is not the most fancy as it is located by a parking garage entrance, but no car at all came through while we were eating, so it did not disturb us.
Despite the language barrier the staff was truly helpful and we had a lovely night.
