Small burger joint located in Adrogue. Street parking available but depending on the time of day you may have to walk a small distance. We went inside to place our order (table service available in the evening when it gets crowded) and were handed a buzzer to alert us when our food is ready. I ordered the Stack burger which consisted of two beef patties with thick slices of bacon and cheddar cheese with hand cut fries that were delicious. The burger was juicy and very flavorful. The brioche bun was fresh baked and soft. They have draft beers here as well as soft drinks in cans. The thing I noted about the burger is that the patties were hand made, fresh and not frozen. The grinding process is also on the chunkier side and that gave the meat a lot more foundation and juiciness. I don't usually eat burgers when visiting Argentina, and I'll admit this is the second one I've tried here. The first was at a brewery/pub style place in the capital in 2019. My niece tells me that there are lots of burger places all depending on what you're looking for, greasy/gourmet or artesian style. All I can say is that this burger was probably one of the tastiest greasy or juicy that I've had. Definitely will revisit on my next trip. read more
