Then I called a week later to cancel my upcoming cleaning, and she didn't recall talking to my wife on the phone or getting an email!(the email was received and didn't bounce). So they never canceled it. I found this out when I got an email from the patient connect of a reminder of the appt.. So my wife called and tried to cancel it with one of the other people in the office, with the appt still 2 weeks in the future. I then got a$50 dollar charge through patientconnect for a missed appt. THIS PLACE is a bad JOKE. Surprisingly Dr. Patel is probably the best dentist I've ever had, too bad his office is run like this. Also he's had lousy hygienists until recently.

It took me several years to get to the top of the list, and Dr. Ryan volunteered his services for me. I ended up having to have two extractions, and a deep cleaning/root planing. Dr. Ryan gave me such a thorough, detailed examination, and then went over the best options for my care. I felt so at peace and at ease with him and his staff, and they were all willing to give me the time I needed to get all the information I needed. Tanya, and Dr. Ryan's office staff, gave me valuable information on how to find an affordable dental plan that I could sign up for, so that I can continue receiving care through Moore Dentistry.
