The owner was absolutely amazing--so warm, welcoming, and full of great energy. From the moment we walked in, we felt like we were in great hands. So when my Pfaff stopped working I took it to the store in town. They did a wonderful job of fixing my machine. When it happened again (different problem). I took it to the Universal City store. They did an equally great job and such wonderful service. I am again today taking my machine in for service. Another seperate issue. My machine is older and has many many hours of sewing on it as I have a small sewing business and I make four or five quilts a year. It's a drive for us almost 4 hours each way. But I wouldn't let anyone else touch my machine.
