From the very beginning, their communication was abysmal. He rarely answered calls or emails, leaving us completely in the dark about the progress of our project. The quality of their work was shockingly poor. Walls were uneven, paint was sloppy, and they made countless errors that required expensive fixes. It was clear they lacked the necessary skills and experience. Their workers were consistently late, and on several occasions, they didn't show up at all, causing significant delays. To make matters worse, they went way over budget without any prior warning or explanation. When we questioned the additional charges, they became defensive and rude. I dealed with five different contractors for the estimate before the work starting. I selected BCR Construction because of their qualification and reasonable estimate. They slows us DCA license and full liability insurance. BCR also gave the detail item estimate and working completing date. They gave good material in reasonable cost, They did not ask extra charge for minor correction. Mr. Waqar Chatta (contractor) is responsible and negotiable manager. The argument is big headache during construction, So I can control my budget. Their team is a hardworking group who finished jobs on time. I recommend you choice BCR to get a bid. DO NOT HIRE BEFORE READING THIS…read more Horrible experience. I have been waiting a little to write this so my emotions can cool down. I had leaking in my roof and met with many roofers to get an estimate. I hired Peter, giving him half upfront, because he seemed real nice and was able to do all of the work and warranty it all. I gave him the job in early April and was working full time while studying for my masters so I did not stay on top of him. For months he kept saying he would come and never did. Eventually he came and started to do the work he agreed to. Six months later (early October) the roof was not even half way done. I fired him and presumed to meet with other roofers because winter was coming and he was never going to finish. I hired another roofer and in his estimate he explained how and why Peters company did a "horrendous job and poses a real threat to the structure". His words verbatim. After the snow storm last week I had major leaking in an area that never leaked. So to summarize, Peters company took my money, didn't finish the job after 6 months, and the job they did do was worse than the roof originally was. I would never recommend him to do a job and pray for anyone who does.

Our roof is probably 20-25 years old so most other contractors woulda just declared us needing a new roof and charged a lot of $$, but Ammar was straight up with us and said what the issue were and we would not need a new roof replacement, he said with just a bit of know how and a days work he could fix things and we could avoid a hefty cost. He was able to come out a few days later and fixed all of our problems for a reasonable price. He even repaired some flashing and cleaned our gutters for us! We'll definitely call A&B again for any future repairs.
