He gave me an estimate of $400 to flash the chimney. I said, put me on the calendar. Then, I never heard from him in two weeks. I called Tony asking for update. He said he was sending his foreman out to my address to look at the job. Several more days go by. I finally get an (email) updated quote for $1200! The man does not return calls when he specifically says he'll call back which has delayed progress. The man jacking up the price by 300%. Never trust a lying contractor. BEWARE.

During the very next rain day the leak was worse than before. Jimmy made promises to come and fix on 5 different dates over a month and never showed, not even a call to apologize. Now 6 weeks later after paying hundreds of dollars he won't return our calls at all.
