I contacted them and was offered 3 other locations. But now, they've disappeared from those locations, as well. I've tried contacting them by phone and via their website. But repeatedly, no one answers the phone, and they repeatedly never respond to voicemail messages. They used to, but not anymore. I know they were sold again recently, so it's starting to appear that they (like other print publications) may have stopped their printed editions in favor of just being made available online. All said, they've always had GREAT content, but WHEN or IF you can pick up a copy locally anymore. And at least either answer your phone or respond to inquiries because we've started to lose interest.

Nothing seems to have been updated since 2010 so I have no idea why it's still coming up as the FIRST result in a google search for "la health". I can't believe it. I'm stunned that their downloadable media kit looks fully funtional but when you call their number (323-297-4001) it's a completely different business who claims to get tons of calls for LA Health. So wrong!

Red Coupon is very much identical, in the way most Koreatown business mimic one another to the point where the shops and services oversaturate a single block. Red Coupon is another letter-size coupon book printed in four colors. It has an advertiser overlap with Ji Coupon. It's also in Korean with a limited sprinkling of English. It's even available in many of the same Korean businesses. Red Coupon, though, does not have an online component, and if there is one, it's hard to find. Either Red or Ji books are handy for exploring K-Town. Sadly these places that are sponsors for the newspapers know what the gay community wants and needs. Expensive clothes? Check. Liposuction and Botox? Check. New expensive looking cars? Check. Expensive debt and in need of relief? Check. What makes this magazine slightly better amongst the actual articles flooded with advertisements is that the information seems to be presented better. Meaning much of it actually seems interesting. The glossy look helps too. They have good movie, music and theater reviews section which for me is the highlight!
