If you a looking for a huge warehouse with no real service or expertise you have come to the right place. Last month they sent me to the Broadmedows Bunnings because the Coburg Bunnings had run out of stock of pickets. When I got to the Broadmedows store they had also run out of stock and when I told them what had happened (so that they could call Coburg and tell them so stop sending people over) they shrugged their shoulders. My second home.. What's not too love about this place.. The creative mind goes mad in here, particularly during home re styling and renovations!! The DIY sessions are awesome and I'm yet to come across a Bunnings staff member that isn't smiling.. All so lovely and varying in ages!! I like what you have done here Bunnings.. Must be a cool employee too as I saw staff walking around sucking zooper doopers on a 45 degree day!! Looks like the staff are as looked after as the customers.. Had issues with a new lawnmower that I purchased that wouldn't stop running (kill switch didn't do anything, had to pull out the distributor cap on the spark plug to get it to stop). Took it back and they exchanged it in 30 seconds flat with no hassle. Getting help can be a bit hit and miss because it's a very large warehouse and employees are always busy but they are great when you do get one to help out... except maybe for the guy who sold us the lawnmower.
