When I called the second time, the person answering stated he would ensure the Cheyenne pest controller would call me in 20 minutes and that he would follow up. Obviously, they don't take their business serious so I'm moving on!

I called Orkin and although the call center told me they could be there that day (they actually could not) they were there in a couple of days and could not find a problem they left monitors for a few days and came back and saw nothing. When he called me he told me of his findings and also told me there would be no charge because they did not treat. Class company that I would recommend and use again.

We are thankful they are still running business and got back to us in a timely manner. Michael Gutierrez came by the next day. He was very professional and answered all of my questions. He took time surveying the inside and the outside of our house and I felt he did a very through job! We have not seen one ant since he sprayed! We have follow up visits, which we hope to see Michael again!
