My favorite part was all the art work and vintage decor that is upstairs. The art is reasonably priced for original work($100-$200). I imagine all the unique pieces sell quickly. It's great shopping for farmhouse, mid-century and everything in between. Lastly, there was an extra friendly woman who was working and setting up a new display. BEST decision ever last Friday afternoon. The owner is super attentive and will help you find exactly what you need. I was the only person in there during that time but I am sure she is always helping locals who stop in to find that perfect, unique gift. I was blown away at their diverse selection. Upstairs was vintage antiques- some items were expensive while others were reasonable. The prices were typical for any type of antique/boutique shops in the Fort Wayne area. Downstairs was a large selection of knick knack gifts. I especially noticed the different card selection- you won't find cards like these at Walgreens. Great for a personal touch. I was looking for a gift for my nephew's upcoming 2nd birthday. I was pleased to find a decent selection of child toys and clothes! I love finding him presents that are different from the limited selection at larger chain stores. In the back of the downstairs is a room filled with women's clothes, bags, accesories. I asked and some stuff is local (and she is always looking for more local goodies to sell!!! woohooo!) and some is produced in other states but not largely produced. When it was delivered the edges weren't smooth and if you looked on the underside of the table it was VERY obvious it wasn't barn wood. Called the Lady that owns this place and she played dumb like she had no idea. So after several back and forth conversations they remade a table top and were supposed to come to our house and change out the tops (attaching to the legs). The guy they hire to drop off the tables refused to help assemble. just dropped off a table top and let me add its still not reclaimed barn wood. We were even told by an employee that they just cut down trees and let them age a little and use those. NOT barn wood so this owner is very dishonest. The new top has 2 supports underneath that are NOT even One goes all the way to the edge and the other is inset like it should. It looks terrible and they paid good money to be ripped off.

In-store financing was easy in application, and payments were completely reasonable. They are constantly circulating inventory, and have a great selection. When you purchase a piece of furniture they will remove your old furniture for only $10, saving you money on the city's disposal slip. Some suggestions for improvement: Offer cleaning and repair services in the home. I'm not talking full refurbish like Furniture Recovery in Fort Wayne, but small repairs or tears. Create a voicemail for your phone line. I called your store, the phone rang a few times, and then I received a fax sound. When I called your parent store, they insisted I had the right number and explained the sound was because you don't have a voicemail. This fax sound gives people the impression they have the wrong number. New customers may become frustrated and not call back!

BEWARE!!!! This place is a joke. We had flooring, doors and trim done and paid half upfront. Told…read moreit was a 3 day job.... 2 weeks later we had to finally just tell them to not come back. The new flooring on my stairs is already off the day after they removed the tape and said it was good to go. They completely forgot to trim my kitchen. My BRAND NEW sliding door/screen was ruined by this company and they didn't even care! They used spray foam on a part of the flooring they were "fixing" and the foam went up the screen door and attached it. We did get the screen slider broke free but now it does not slide properly and there is no way to get the foam out of the actual screen. This door was less than a year old. Talked to the manager and it was excuse after excuse. They gave a "discount" on our final bill which was a LIE. Simple math tells anyone 6K off 15K does NOT equal 14K. We also had one room not even touched and they still charged for it. The work quality is trash! We had to hire another company to come in and repair at least one thing in every room. Do not waste your time or money on this place if you want it to look good. This is the Fort Wayne IN location. They are posting my location as CA which is weird.
