It was a very eye-opening experience to see just how traumatic my collision was on my body. From there they took the time to explain how I should deal with my injuries at home (icing times, other exercises and things I could do along the way). They were very careful at first with adjusting me since my body was so sore/damaged. As time went on they increased treatment they would do and gave me advice along the way. They later let me know when I was ready to start physical therapy and gladly provided recommendations to me as well. I was very happy I chose to go here. The front office staff are very friendly and always greet you with a smile. They also have tea and nice cold water for you in the waiting room. I got a massage here too and even have gone to some of their other classes (meditation, yoga) as well and they have all been wonderful. All in all a great experience all around. Most of them offered soft and relaxing massages with low lighting, soft music, and some of them include aromatherapy. None of the therapists gave the type of deep tissue massage that I require to keep me out of pain from my type of work, until I was finally able to get a massage scheduled with Hunter. He was able to give a proper deep tissue focusing mostly on my areas that get the most strained and pinched. I appreciate the relaxing environment, the quaint location with private rooms, and the ease of scheduling appointments online. They also take insurance which is a great find and will bill insurance for you so all you have to worry about is your copay if your insurance covers massage for medical purposes. Anytime I've needed to reschedule it's been very easy and I also appreciate their appointment reminders. Overall it's a pretty solid place with lots of choices for massage therapists, you just have to keep trying new ones until you find the perfect fit.

The treatment wasn't very helpful for my pain but it was fairly relaxing and pleasant. Her partner gave me some exercises to do but they just made the pain worse. Maybe there was nothing any chiro could have done for my pain. I don't know. That isn't the reason for one star, though. Why one star? She did some nutrition testing on me (separately, related to a free demonstration she does) and she told me that I needed to buy the pills she sold to get better. I had thought she was going to do food testing and tell me if there were foods I should avoid to help get better. Instead she just tested my response to the pills she sold. In all my sessions after that (I bought a set of sessions and used them all) she would work on my back but then tell me that I wasn't really wasn't going to get better without the pills. I looked up both the pills and the kind of testing she did online and I was really unimpressed. In particular: the quackwatch.com article on Standard Process Labs, and the clinical trials that were done with applied Kinesiology and wasp venom. If you go to her website, you can see that she lists Standard Process Labs and Nutrition Testion (which is applied Kinesiology, if you read the description). I didn't need magic pills and snake oil, I needed medical care. I would have been much more impressed if she had told me that I wasn't responding the way she expected me to and made nutritional recommendations or recommended that I see a traditional doctor and get an MRI etc. I would never use her services again and I probably won't try a chiro again at all, after this experience.

Kristyna, of New Age Wellness, is far and away the best massage therapist I've ever experienced, and I've been fortunate to have had other talented practitioners. Her knowledge of the body and physiology is well beyond the high standards required for LMP certification, which makes her more effective than others in finding the source of the problem and addressing it, often using innovative methods that I've not experienced elsewhere. Kristyna is the type of person who wants to be the best at everything she does, and it shows in the way she delivers massage therapy. She keeps working a difficult problem until its solved. I cannot recommend her highly enough, and if your interest is in sports or deep tissue massage, look no further. You will not find a better massage therapist to address your needs.

Again, I can't comment on her quality of massage but this is just one of dozens of crazy emails I have received from this woman when all I did was ask two questions via email and never expected an immediate response. She continues to email me back after I have told her I am not going to be using my Groupon because she has been so unprofessional in her communication. I literally sent her my initial email and two responses. I must have received a dozen of emails from her over the last 12 hours, many of which were only minutes for parts. All but 7... only ONE STAR. You can research the reviews by clicking on any posters name. If most of their reviews are bad? Bingo! Its not real. So buyer beware. Always check out your reviewers...in any review venue. I will be re reviewing all businesses I feel have been a target from Yelp and researching the validity of their profiles. So, I gave her a try... She was amazing.. personable and professional. I received a relaxing 90 minute expert massage with soft music and warm coconut oil. Nothing about my experience by phone, text or the massage matched what was impressed upon here. I mentioned to her that I am an investigator into yelp customers who have been given falsified reviews because they did not "purchase" from yelp. This was in fact the case here too. Being a therapist for over 25 years, she is an expert at healing and massage. I would recommend her highly and I am now a regular client.
