I called the business on Tuesday August 19, 2025 (24 WORKING DAYS after I dropped my vehicle off ) and was told the vehicle would be ready by Thursday the 21st or Friday the 22nd . Friday came and went with no call. On Tuesday August 26th, ONE WEEK LATER, I spoke to Jaime . She told me that someone tried calling me to pick up my vehicle on Thursday AND Friday. But funny... I had No calls from the business on my call log. "Maybe" they used an alternate number ? She then proceeded to tell me that they were still working on payment through my insurance?!?! I then called my insurance and was told there was no correspondence on my account since the first payment in January. So I called Jaime and relayed what my insurance rep told me. She then says I can pick the vehicle up on Wednesday August 27 BEFORE 10. (30 DAYS) TODAY at 8:02 I get a call from Derek of street image telling me they need to push the time to 12:00 because they need to "ALIGN" the vehicle ?!?! What happened to someone "TRYING" to call me on the 21st and 22nd ? I don't know ? "MAYBE" it's normal for body work to take 60-90 days ? But a phone call or email with updates WOULD have been nice. Update: Picked up my car. No apologies for having my vehicle beyond the promised 15-20 working days. Work is nice upon initial review But...

DO NOT GO TO THIS SHOP…read more I strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere. I popped my tire and replaced it. I went to get an alignment at another shop and they were unable to align it. They recommended to take it to this shop for an inspection (never trust a recommendation to a shop, do your own research). At Adolf's, after a $500 inspection fee, they told me that my frame was bent. I trusted them and told them to proceed with the work of adjusting the frame. After a few weeks, with little communication, they told my car was all done and ready to be picked up. I got there and they informed me I had to take it to get a new alignment again before it was actually completely done. I thought that was odd, but I took it to get another alignment. I went to a different shop than the previous one because they were backed up for a couple weeks. At this new shop, they could not align the car and informed that they didn't know what Adolf's even did to the truck. They also told me they thought it was weird why I personally took the car for an alignment, as in all of their experience, the mechanic doing the work gets the alignment for the customer so the car is completely done and ready to be driven home. I then went back to Adolf's with this information and they told me that the car needed more work to be done by replacing the control arm. I thought this was really odd that they didn't uncover this in the first place, even with a $500 inspection fee! And why didn't they tell me about the control arm before I went to the alignment? I think they knew they didn't fix the car in the first place. At this point, I took it to another shop where this mechanic informed me that the car never needed to have the frame adjusted. He told me that a frame adjustment is only needed in rare cases and only when you damage the car at a high speed. In this case I popped my tire only going about ten miles an hour. He told me it needed an upper control arm replacement within five minutes of seeing the car and I gave him no previous information. He informed that he thinks I was scammed out of the $1300 I paid for the frame adjustment and I should try to receive my money back. I went back to Adolf's with this information where I told them in a completely professional manner all of this information. They responded very rudely, even YELLING at me. They refused to refund any money at all. I am blown away that they would treat a customer this way and I can see why they have multiple bad reviews online already. I made a mistake and shouldn't have gone to them, do not make the same mistake as me. I took my car to the new mechanic, where he had it done within a week. In the end, I think Adolf's thought the car needed a frame adjustment and they were wrong. When I went back with information from a new shop they would not admit they made a mistake and treated me VERY poorly. I WOULD NOT GO TO THIS SHOP. THEY ARE UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE, AND NOT A GOOD MECHANIC.

When I was leery to pick it up fearing things weren't fixed, they threatened to charge storage fees. Insurance was involved so finding a new garage that would get involved with a claim that did not originate with them was a nightmare. Worst communication ever! .... If you can actually reach them. Excuse after excuse. One star only because required to post.

I had a decent sized dent on the driver's side of my Tundra with some scratches. The dent was in a bad spot-corner of the cab right in front of the bed. Other shops said it would be thousands. Took it to B & D on a Friday about noon. Misty was friendly and efficient with a quote and said they could get it done the next week if I wanted to. Dropped it off the following Monday, picked it up Wednesday 2pm. Freaking awesome job, friendly, professional guys (sorry, didn't get names), less than a third of what other shops asked! Excellent place to get your car back into pristine condition. I brought in my car with a nasty little dent (with paint damage) on the side of my front bumper and a few other minor dents I wanted removed.
