People were stealing our things at night, dragging them out to the lanai which had huge holes cut into the screens. I had to tell Bill several times to lock up. I would find our things in the lanai unsecured. The items they packed for us were not wrapped in packing paper, they had used our old clothes instead. The dumpster truck did some damage to our driveway and we never were reimbursed for it. We trusted them with our personal possessions and they were well paid for their work.
