The Air pressure gauges is not close to the store, I walked through the rain and cold into the Store to share my concerns with Junee. She was clueless. Did not apologize that is was NOT working as written, nor did she offer me 50 cents to continue airing my tires. Nor did she state that she would tell management that it was broken. I know that 50 cents is not much but it was the treatment by the Staff that I find lacking. Casey's will have my patronage in the future and they DO NOT CHARGE FOR THE AIR,,

The staff seemed especially fun and helpful. I happened to buy the "small" bag of popcorn and it was massive. I saved 1/2 of the popcorn and brought it to my office and shared it with my staff. It was salty greasy yellow and fantastic.. I'm sure it helped block up a few of my coronaries. I did survive.

This convenience store, with prior owners, was a well run business based upon quality customer…read moreservice with a clean facility and upbeat employees. Since new owners are now operating this business, it is completely opposite of where it was regarding customer service. Employees are not responsive to questions nor concerns, the facility quality has dropped significantly, window cleaning solution is rarely available at each pump, trash cans are rarely emptied and on two occasions, staff was observed emptying trash cans by gas pumps while smoking a lit cigarette. The later is most concerning. All in all, the owners need to step up regarding training of staff and expectations for quality service.

As I looked around the store, I noticed they had a large variety of snacks and great convenience products for sale, except their craft beer selection, which was average. I said to help with you it was a male and female. I managed convenience stores and this store is a joke. The people are all rude except one that cooks the food. The stalls were a bit strange with the use of door knobs vs latches but maybe they were on sale at the time of purchase.
