When I received my order this year, it was junk wood mulch, including OSB and other garbage wood. I had purchased natural mulch. I sent detailed pictures to an associate in the office, including a pic of a large piece of MDF that was in the load, and a video showing my crew scooping the mulch, showing that about 30% of each scoop was sawdust. By the end of my mulch job, my whole house was coated in bright yellow sawdust. The owner was supposed to call me but never did. I have 6 more properties in Erie County that need mulch, but I guess they don't need the money. Pics in this review show a dark surface of my keypad lock coated in sawdust and the large piece of wood that was in the load. The Google reviews show that when this company makes a mistake, they make excuses. I know that the review won't change their ways, but at least it will warn future consumers about the business practices. So bummed, as the first year I used them, the mulch was perfect.
